    Not only is Simon one of the nicest guys you could ever meet he also gives an excellent service and is very knowledgeable about pretty much all white goods. He breathed live in to our ailing dishwasher and extended its life for 2 or so more years but when it broke again, even though Simon knew what the fault was, our dear friends at Bosch had discontinued the the part we needed so we had to consign our dishwasher to the great showroom in the sky. Before Simon left he gave us some good advice on what to buy including avoiding any dishwasher with a plastic base inside as over time they warp and leak. So thanks for all your help and support and we will certainly use you again

    Fantastic service from Safe & Sound. They were able to diagnose our dishwasher issue over the phone, provide a quote which was 2/3 cost compared to a local competitor, and most importantly were happy to carry out the repair without suggesting buying a new dishwasher which would've cost 5-6 times the repair cost like the other repair guy suggested for a similar model. Not to mention the environmental waste that creates. Simon was very friendly , knowledgeable and professional, dishwasher now running perfectly again since the part replacement a few months ago by S&S. Highly recommended.

    Not the first time I’ve used S&S, and won’t be the last. Simon is a real pleasure to deal with. This time he repaired & replaced grill element, hob switches and hob elements on my superannuated 30 year old Creda halogen cooker. He had to come back three times (four visits in total) and I had to encourage him to charge me something extra over the original quotation. Very reliable, great communication, experienced & highly competent and a lovely person to deal with. You couldn’t hope for a better service. Highly recommended!

    From my initial enquiry to completion of my washing machine's repair, Safe & Sound have been excellent. Simon arrived ahead of time and undertook the repair in prompt yet thorough fashion; even taking the time to plumb the appliance back in after I had disconnected it. I am over-the-moon with the service I received and feel that I am now able to wash my laundry with peace of mind. I cannot recommend Simon and the team at Safe & Sound highly enough. I will definitely be a repeat customer should I need assistance with any white goods in the future.

    My overall experience was positive from start to finish. I called late afternoon on Monday and had Sam come to repair my washing machine first thing in the morning. He solved the problem and saved me a ton of money. I was going to give up and purchase a new washing machine. I would highly recommend them!

    It has been a complete pleasure dealing with Andrew and Catriona from Safe and Sound. Our tumble drier stopped working and we were unsure whether to replace with a new one. Simon came to do an assessment and then, less than a week later, came to fit the broken part. At all times, Simon was polite, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. We are delighted.
