Google says they are open went there to speak to someone about My landrover and they have closed down then I find out through a friend they ripped him off £2600 for work meant to be done on his landrover discovery. Absolute cowboys. They take your money and screw you over
John @ Land Rover Services, rescued my RR Vogue, where two other specialists had bailed, scratching there heads. So asides the costs of having it shipped from a-b n to no avail, with an evermore sinking feeling. However, this was all very soon washed away when I met John, as his genuine nature, energy & confidence is something to beholden. His absolute conviction / honesty rang true in ... saying, there isn't anything I don't know about these vehicles / nothing we can't fix... And true to his word he identified/ resolved five major failures. Where all others said give it up, admit it you'll be better off quiting i ... John, not unlike like a good detective or physician, pieced together the evidence / with his diagnostic report, pondered upon the symptoms rapidly diagnosed and resolved all of the issues after dedicating some hours on the tools. I cannot equate the relief ... I am most grateful, for if it were not for this man / his specialist expertise, my vehicle would of honestly not of survived another set back.. never going here again. Had my car 18 weeks as went for ac fixed. Then dpf was taken from it and only replaced not with new but 2nd hand part .. I was never updated unless I rang and heard owner john shouting swearing because I wanted to know about my car ..the courtesy I was lent had no mot or tax and was only sorted after I rang them to complain..shocking service...
Friendly and helpful. Squeezed me in at the start of COVID for an emergency repair when everyone else was closed/in chaos. Even fixed my side step - a job 2 other garages had refused to do.
Enter the reception area and you get a strong impression as to the sort of company you are going to deal with - it's shabby. The owners (John) aggressive attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Make sure you get an estimate in writing along with a written guarantee before any work is carried out. I would definitely not recommend this company.
Fantastic guys and fantastic service, called in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment with intermittent starter motor problems on my Disco on first day of my holiday. They fitted me in, fitted a new starter motor. No more problems had a great holiday thanks guys
I had to have some fairly major emergency work carried out to my Defender at short notice and this garage has been simply brilliant. They done the work to a high standard on time and within budget and with great communication. They are totally trustworthy and would not hesitate in recommending them. Thanks lads!
