The 2nd time of visiting. The garage is reassuringly busy but the wait wasn't too long. Tyre changed, tracking checked. Reasonable prices, polite and helpful staff. Do you need much more than that from a tyre fitter?
Amazing staff. Good local tyre center for people living in Henbury. Helped me with a flat tyre right away. Prices depends on size. Mine was 30 quid for a 16. Thank you.
Absolutely shocking service & would not trust again! Visit with a simple repairable Nail in Tyre problem (or so I thought). Was told "not long" to wait, 40 minutes later car went on the ramp. Was told "New Trye needed" (Ok not what I thought but was in a rush to take elsewhere, said go ahead. Was told at till point (now 70 minutes on) new tyre which had been fitted was the WRONG one & NO correct Tyre in stock so would have to order. Long story short Tyre came off, damaged original put back on. A complete and utter shocking service and waste of time. Went straight to Able Fit. NO NEW TYRE needed (as I originally thought) COMPLETELY REPAIRABLE & may I add all done in less than 30 minutes. £75.00 down to £25.00 in 30 minutes. Wow makes you think doesn't it. BE VERY WARY & ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION FOLKS !!
Terrible service. I don’t know if it has changed hands since the reviews that mention friendly service but on the day I visited it was staffed by surly, uncommunicative kids. Don’t know what the tyres would have been like. It was obvious that despite booking a slot I was in for an extremely long wait, so I left. Went to Protyres and got them quicker and slightly cheaper.
Amazing service from start to finish, got 2 new tyres on sub-24 hour notice from sourcing to fit (the tyres are hard to find) - only supplier who was able to communicate timelines and who had a supplier able to fit into the timelines - all at the price of the tyres (without inflation from say if I went to a national tyre company)
Really good service. I had a nail in one of the tyres which they were able to repair for a fraction of cost of buying a new tyre. Would not hesitate to go back or recommend to others. The young guys working there were all very polite and provided a quality service. Thanks guys.
Had an excellent service from Quality Tyres Southmead. Easy online ordering for the tyres themselves, booked in for the following week. Arrived early on the day, was busy with other customers, but the staff were very proactive to organise everyone so that each had a minimal wait. They went to work on the 4 tyre replacement and was quickly turned around and off I went! Great staff, great choice of tyres and great pricing! Yes I will use again and yes I would recommend!
Booked two tyres to be fitted online on Tuesday and the woman on reception was so friendly and helpful and really couldn’t do enough for me! Quick, efficient and friendly staff Would highly recommend
Excellent service from very hardworking young men. Very kind, and polite, doing other small jobs if they see they can be done easily. I will definitely return. Their excellent service and prices has made them popular and so there can be a wait.
5 stars for the barber style "first come first served" garage service. Once I got in the guys were quick and helpful. Zero stars for the website which allowed me to believe I had booked a slot and waste half a day for no reason.
