My timing chain went on my 520d bmw. I pop into Tom Day Ltd after hearing really good thing about them. They were amazing on all of the help and advice before the car even went in to be fixed. Which was a very big help. As I didn't know which way to trun. I had to have a complete rebuild on my engine. Tom day did not disappoint. The car is running fantastic like nothing has ever happened and a very good price and did not take a long time to be finished. They keeped me in the loop at all times which I found very helpful. I will 100% be going back for any work I need doing in the future. 10/10 thank you to all the staff that helped

Had a fantastic experience at Tom Day. Had an injector fault on my Q7, which I took to Tom Day to test, came back in full working order. The guys tested the injector within a few days and offered further help if required. I would highly recommend these guys, they are professional and very knowledgeable! Thanks guys! These guys have qualifications for servicing EV (electric vehicles). I've found it hard to find certified EV garages. They seemed very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They helped me with a heating issue which turned out just to be a particular feature of my EV Renault Zoe, and fixed a car door rattle with ease,as well as a general service and MOT. Would recommend them.
Chris at Tom Day’s couldn’t have been more helpful, calling to check if they could get the part that day before calling me back to confirm. The repair was done within a few hours at a decent price. I’m so grateful I was able to make my long journey the next day. Highly recommended, very professional and friendly service here.
