   Bought a watch which already had 2 scratches on it. Tried to take it back because I wanted one with a back light and they wouldn't accept an exchange. They said that their watches all have plastic anti scratch covers when they are sold but mine didn't have this (probably why it was discounted). Staff were pleasant but I wouldn't shop here again. Not when there are other options.

   The store staff were absolutely fantastic in every way.. sadly a ring was ordered for Christmas as bs incorrectly delivered to the store. The staff were brilliant in helping us out for Christmas as d I hope they receive the recognition deserved. I will definitely shop with them again and do hope the main store is able to fix the logistics

   The assistant was friendly, helpful and efficient. We took a watch in for help replacing the battery and it was ready for when we wanted to collect. We also purchased another watch and that sale was dealt with promptly and efficiently. What stood out the most was the lovely sales assistant who was completely in tune with us and keen to please without being pushy. I would feel very comfortable returning to this store for future purchases.

   Do not buy anything from this store! If you value customer service then this is NOT a place to spend your money. My partner bought me a Citizen Watch from this store. After a few weeks, I noticed that condensation on the inside of the watch after wearing it in the shower (watch is suippose fto be water resistant to 50m), then after that, I attempted to adjust the time using the winder. Imagine my surprise when the winder came off in my hand. No problem, I thought, I have a 5 year guarantee. I returned the watch and they said they have to send it back to Citizen.Citizen say it was my fault the winder came off and i must have done something to the watch. They said I could have it repaired for £250...twice the retail price! When I challenged that, they said Ok we can do it for £125..the original retail price. I asked F.Hinds for a refund as I no longer wanted anything to do with Citizen watches and just wanted my money back for a faulty item. They refused. So, I will be taking this further. I will not rest until I have received a full refund and I hope in the process have deterred many more people to make the same mistake I made. Dont buy Citizen watches and especially not from F.Hinds

   Always a friendly greeting and helpful staff. Today I only came in to have the battery replaced on my watch, but was given great advice about valuation and insurance of my valuables while I waited. I would certainly recommend this shop for their approachability and professionalism I always look here first when buying jewellery.
