I am so happy with the service here. I came in with my gorgeous engagement ring to be resized smaller. The staff were very friendly and explained everything, I even had a staff member advise me that I go slightly smaller than I originally thought - which I am so glad I did. I handed the ring over on Tuesday, and I recieved a message on Friday the same week saying it's been repaired and ready. So happy with it, fits perfectly and it's so shiny. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to resize their ring. Most places I enquired about would take 4-5 weeks.
I recently visited the Chippenham branch to get my daughter’s ears pierced, and it was a disappointing experience. When we arrived (you can’t book), we were told by an assistant called Grace that ear piercing was suspended because they were ‘too busy’. However, the store wasn’t busy at all – the staff were just standing around chatting and not serving customers. It was frustrating, especially since getting my daughter’s ears pierced was supposed to be a birthday treat. If you couldn’t provide the service, an offer to help us at another time would have been appreciated, but you didn’t really care. The ability to book an appointment wouldn’t be a bad idea, especially during busy periods to avoid disappointment. I was able to get my daughter’s ears pierced further a field and she had a lovely experience which made the lack of professionalism and customer care in your Chippenham branch really stand out today.

We were quoted £10 to get a ring resized. They agreed and took the ring off us sent it away only to phone 4 days later saying it would be £60. We asked for the ring back and they told us we would have to wait to get it back! They didn't seem to see any problem with any of this and did nothing to help solve this issue they had caused. Absolutely shocking customer service- I certainly would never recommend.
I entrusteed David Christopher to repair two diamond rings for me which were to cost me almost £400 to repair under a payment plan but with a deposit to authorise repair. Their customer communication was extremely poor and when challenged they had excuse after excuse blaming staff who had previously left which was very unprofessional. The staff gave me all sorts of excuses as to why there was delay and to cap it all, my rings were not repaired well and to my satisfaction but there was no apology or reduction in price. The staff were arrogant and unhelpful and I would not recommend.
Horrible service, came in to ask for a refund, for bracelet that my Mom bought, instead of refund, got all the stupid reasons why they can't refund it. Like, they have to contact the bank and check whose name the card is on, that was used for purchase, and only that person can return it. Although changing it to something else in the store is all fine.... basically didn't want to do a refund...
