I took a bracelet in to be fixed and they done an absolutely brilliant job of it . Repair was estimated as ten days as very busy but got it back 6 days later . Would highly recommend lovely people and kept up to date .
I went to Spencer's to see if they could replace a battery in my fob watch as I was unable to open the casing. The assistant was most helpful and was able to resolve this issue for me within 5 minutes. Fortunately I didn't have to buy another watch. Well done

Lovely job done enlarging my vintage wedding ring. Beautifully cleaned and polished too, looks brand new. I'm now taking my future husband's wedding ring there for the same repair too
Excellent service. They replaced my watch strap for a reasonable price, a few months later the glue gave way and the strap came off. I went back in and they immediately replaced the strap for an identical one, no questions asked. Would recommend.
