   Title: A Truly Special Experience from Start to Finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased a hot tub and the highlight of the entire process was working with Janice, the Sales Manager. From our first visit, she was amazing—incredibly knowledgeable about all the options and features, and never once pushed a sale. She patiently answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect model for our needs. Beyond her expertise, Janice is a genuinely lovely person. Her warmth and enthusiasm made what could have been a daunting decision feel exciting and personal. She truly made getting our hot tub a special experience. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and highly recommend this company, especially if you have the pleasure of dealing with Janice!

   We had a fantastic experience with Hot Tub Barn from start to finish. We received lots of great advice from Janice when choosing our hot tub, and the installation team were incredibly helpful. Tony answered all my questions in the run-up to delivery, and Janice has been amazing with ongoing support as we learn to look after the tub. Having the hot tub has exceeded expectations and even improved our sleep! Highly recommend!

   I purchased a hot tub from Hot Tub Barn at Polhill Garden Centre November 2024 after visiting a number of hot tub retailers. I am delighted with my hot tub and the whole buying experience. The sales experience from being helped to find the right hot tub to installation and customer service. This company go above and beyond and I can thoroughly recommend them. A special mention for Janice at the Polhill branch who's customer service was excellent through out. Well done.

   Wanted a hot tub for a while so went and viewed the ones at the Sevenoaks Branch. Collin and Janice were very friendly and approachable, so we decided to purchase the tribute range. When it arrived Wayne and Mark installed the tub and showed us how everything works, they too were very polite and professional, and answered all the question we asked them. Sue at the hot tub barn is brilliant as we went to her for the chemicals and advice on what we needed , which was great as you can ask her anything as she is very knowledgeable. Very highly recommended.

   From the time we first phoned to installation, it's been a really great experience. My wife phoned Sevenoaks and spoke to Colin who sent us out the information. Then my wife arranged with Janice to come and visit, plus also to our surprise said bring your costumes and try. We took the Grandkids and off we went. What lovely customer service Janice has, made us feel comfortable, listened to our needs and then wasn't pushy letting us have time to think or even come back. We did go back couple of hours later and put deposit down. Communication after this from the team was fantastic and we even managed to change the delivery to an earlier date. The install guys Dave and Gary did a great job and were really nice. Great team effort, Thanks Simon and Janice

   Always fancied a hot tub but was not sure about cost and keeping clean and what chemicals we required ect. After talking to Janice about the does and donts we went ahead and purchased one. From the sale to the installation it all went very smooth and the installation team explained about the chemicals and the settings for the hot tub. Glad we purchased it and its great to chill in of a evening watching the stars with a glass of wine. The running cost is about £25 a month peanuts for the enjoyment, and the grand kids love it.

   Shaun and Ashley came to fix our hot tub and they were brilliant! Shaun and Ashley were both incredibly professional and friendly and explained to me exactly what they were doing. They had to maneuver within a tight space and they didn't complain once. I am pleased to say that the hot tub is back up and running and working perfectly! The Hot Tub Barn and its staff are always a pleasure to work with so if you are thinking of getting one or need a service - I would definitely go to them!
