As a family heirloom, the ring is very special to me and the team were supportive every step of the way in confirming the re-sizing. This is the first time I have used this shop to take some jewellery in for repair. Customer service was very friendly and advised the best way forward for my repairs of 3 rings. Price was fair, and the repairs were amazing. Will be going back for sure.

AVOID REPAIRS! I went there in July to have my silver ring fixed as it did snap and I wanted it resized as it was a bit too big for me. The first time I went back the ring had a black mark from where the repair was but the worse part is one of my diamond looked damaged or it wasn't in the right position anymore (I wear this ring everyday i know how it's suppose to look like). I complained and was told they woul d fix it. I had to call them back 3 weeks later to learn that the ring was ready and when I went back the black mark was only showing at the back but the stone hasn't been touched! I complained again so the lady said he would send it back again to fix it. When I came back (end of Sept) at last the stone was fixed but the ring is now way too big for my finger! So please get your jewellery repairs elsewhere, the ladies in the shop are lovely but the people they use to do this are not professionals. UPDATE: The diamond that got fixed fell off so I came back to have it fixed AGAIN and now 6 months later it fell off again so avoid avoid avoid!!!
Waited a little to enter and be served, but the service is second to none. Best customer service experienced in a while. Although they did not stock wedding bands the lady was very helpful provided us with advice on materials, and potential jewelers who stock or make wedding bands. She kindly also measured our ring fingers for wide and thin style band. Top class customer service.
