Lovely shop with such talented crafts people. I had 3 old, broken rings re-fashioned into beautiful, sparkly new lives. Great care was taken, but they kindly speeded through to get them ready for Christmas. The aquamarine was my Mum's engagement ring; the stone was dull and scratched. I can't believe how beautiful it looks now!

Had a brilliant experience with the whole team at Clifton Rocks when designing and purchasing my now fiancée’s engagement ring. I went in with a few concepts / ideas for the design, but was still fairly overwhelmed by the variety and options, and from the first consultation to the free resizing they offered, they have been exceptional. The final ring was stunning and we couldn’t be happier! We’ll be back for the wedding bands in the not-too-distant future.

I could not recommend Chloe and the team at Clifton Rocks enough. I visited them as I was looking for a a bespoke wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring. Chloe instantly got a feel of what sort of thing I wanted, and shared my excitement and enthusiasm when drawing designs. The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish - seeing a CAD design of the ring, and trying a model with my engagement ring to ensure it fitted before being made in gold - the process was so thorough with lots of communication and chances to make changes (not that I needed to!) which was all very reassuring. There is also the option for some Canadian diamonds which are more ethical. The ring is absolutely beautiful, I am over the moon. I can’t wait to wear it!

We made the decision to travel to Bristol and have a Consultation with Clifton Rocks. Anny greeted us with a warm smile and made me very relaxed about leaving my ring in her hands. She knew exactly what we wanted to achieve and had ideas for us that we hadn't thought about. She gave us options based on our budget and we felt completely at ease with her looking after us. We collected my ring today and we honestly couldn't be happier, Anny has an amazing skill and has turned my damaged and unwearable engagement ring into a thing of absolute beauty. Chloe and the team at Clifton Rocks have done a superb job of remodelling my old gold jewellery that had sentimental value, but was too old fashioned for me to wear. They took the time to understand what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the design process to check I was happy with the way the piece was shaping up.
