Absolutely brilliant company. Truthful, friendly and honest. WE took some scrap jewellery and gold to a roadshow company at a local venue and they offered us £520 for a watch and some ring. Bristol gold offered £2,506 for the same items! Would recommend to anyone.
What a great experience. Professional and customer focused. We were greeted and taken to a private area, our scrap gold was sorted, weighed and calculated in plain view. I used this place yesterday to sell some old jewellery snd assorted items that I’d had in a drawer for some time. I was genuinely unaware if they had any value, but the lady who served me was very patient and explained exactly what each item was worth. These people are friendly and lovely to deal with.

Bristol Gold are truly a wonderful and honest business. I have visited twice in the last month, most recently today to sell Some gold and the whole process was made so easy and professional. I have dealt with both James and Dylan and a couple of other guys who have all been really helpful and always very professional. I was able to go into there safe private room to make the sale and I was paid within a couple of minutes with the best and most fair price I could have asked for. I was even made a coffee and given delicious chocolate biscuits. It’s in a great location also if you’re driving with loads of free parking in the surrounding roads. I will hopefully be paying a visit again soon to purchase a phone. I drove an hour and a half to get to them, but we’ll worth it for the very fair price I was given and the super service. I was nervous when I read the words ‘pawn shop’ online, but trust me there is nothing to be worried about. I honestly 100% recommend these guys with all my heart.
