I bought a Malachite bracelet today and it's very clearly fake. Ah I feel a bit embarrassed as it should've been obvious, but I'm inexperienced and don't know the value of stones or how to check them. Honestly, I just didn't look at it very hard because I didn't realise fakes were a thing in real-life shops like this. If you look closely at the picture you'll see how obvious it is, the lines are black and harsh which is not natural (they are at most dark green when real), it's also lightweight and not cold to touch. Very plasticky. Annoyingly I said no to the receipt as well so I'm stuck with it. Doesn't bode well for the rest of the shop :( That's £14.50 I'll never get back.

Bought a £65 "sterling silver" ring, which after wearing in the rain ONCE, looked like it does it the photos now. When I returned to ask about the ring the man behind the till (despite being the same man that served me) refused that the ring was from his shop (even saying that only women were working on Saturday). There's a lot of good, independent jewellers in Bristol, use one that sells real silver.

Bought a snake head adjustable ring from this shop about a week ago and it’s already snapped in half. The guy in the shop was really rude and basically blamed me, saying I should have taken more care with the ring. I did take care of the ring! Not great service when the ring was really expensive for a silver ring, £45… and I only had it for short amount of time. He even looked on my hands to see if I had another adjustable ring and because I didn’t tried to blame me saying that I don’t know how to take care of an adjustable ring. Very bad service i would not buy from here again.

Super nice store assistant. Very helpful and just overall nice. The selection of rings is huge and there definitely is something for everyone's taste. Also got a little discount for buying 2 rings at once which is always very sweet.
