   Have used this shop to purchase gold chains (a couple at a time for family). Went today to sell some scrap (to me) rings etc, quoted silly price as I would rather walk away. Ramsden as lost a valued customer as I will not set foot in the shop again.

   Worst place in Bristol to sell your gold. I was offered a miserable £10 per gram for a 18 carat gold that is simply insane. I double checked to be sure they got it right as I thought they made a mistake but apparently that is what they offer. Few meters away there is a jewellery that does it for £20 but I end up choosing another one in fishpond for £25.65. I checked a lot of different places in Bristol and this was half or more less than what everybody is offering. Still hope they got it wrong as I cannot believe this is what you get. I also waited 10 mins for them to check for then be offered this horrible rate. Avoid if you are selling gold.
