   Ok swimming pool, would have been much better experience if the area would be cleaned properly. Swimming pool area and changing rooms need to be washed daily with soap and scrubbed and water and dirt cleared couple of times during the day. As well as disinfected 2x a week. Definitely not the case there. Changing rooms and the pool smells like urine, should not happen if people wash themselves before entering with out clothes and if the right amount of chlorine is used and cleaned properly. Hopefully this will be sorted out so I can keep using the facility. Edit: P.S. I got for the first time in my life, after many swimming pool trips: Hot Tub Folliculitis (Hot Tub Rash), a bacterial infection from contaminated water

   We’ve been coming here for years for the kids’ crash swimming courses, and it’s always fantastic. The instructors are patient, friendly, and follow a consistent routine that makes the kids feel confident—even if the instructor changes. The pool area is spotless, and I love the “no outside footwear” rule (just wish everyone followed it!). Overall, an amazing place for swimming lessons—highly recommend!

   I am very disappointed with the service I received at the reception. The staff seemed completely unaware of the joining process. I was trying to secure swimming places for both of my children, and despite making three personal visits and following two entirely different processes over the course of 10 days, they were still unable to take my payment and reserve the spots. In the end, I was told the places were no longer available. This has been a very frustrating and time‑wasting experience. Clearer communication, proper training for reception staff, and a consistent process for registrations are urgently needed.

   Great facilities, except the swimming pool changing rooms are filthy at all times of the day. The gym is a little too crowded with equipment and also never cleaned properly. Mats are also very tattered and filthy.

   Last week on Wednesday night there were only four people swam in the swimming pool, but three mobile phones were stolen by somebody in the changing rooms. We reported it to the working staff but not people cared.

   Used to take my son for dance practice here when Sapne used to have lessons here.. very good ambience.. clean and tidy place .. car parking can be a pain otherwise all good.

   These guys must hate working here, or either that they must just hate working in hospitality, the receptionist is rude and patronising and the manager too. Disappointing that you can't muster your strength to be polite.

   I registered my son for the swimming crash course starting on 8th august and paid £46.50 in advance at the front desk. But we have to cancel the course and I informed them on 3rd august at the front desk they deleted my son from the course also I sent an email on the same day and requested a refund. The deputy manager of the sports centre sent an email to me and mentioned that they do not do any refund according to their terms and conditions which I have never seen before. Stay away from this sports centre. There are too many other good sports centres around the area. They are just a money trap
