   Waited over an hour. Driver got our order mixed up. Then said he was phoning his manger and then left. Phoned the manager and he went round in circles instead of listening.

   Poor customer service from Love Pizza tonight. We waited over an hour on the food being delivered - then the driver got our order mixed up. When we tried to ask for a refund and instead he drove off without saying anything! The manager on the phone was not very helpful and kept talking in circles. What a joke.

   Absolutely horrendous delivery, customer service and food. Waited for an hour outside only for them to turn up when i went inside they left the food without informing me. Food turned up cold and very disappointing and when i tried to find out where my food was it took 12 calls to get a response! The person on the end of the line had horrendous customer service skills, told me “the driver is on the road” then hung up. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a takeaway

   Was a regular until the absolute horror of customer service tonight. Waited an hour and usually only takes half an hour and only around the corner from me. Told the driver was on way and was just left on the wet floor and told it would be fine. What the hell. Won’t be getting a single penny off me again. Lovely way to treat a loyal customer who’s been getting off you nearly a year. Ridiculous. AVOID. Go anywhere but here and do yourself a favour.

   Awful experience had to wait 30 mins before going back up to them and saying they had forgotten my order. Wait staff didn’t seem to care either would recommend trying to find pretty much anywhere else in the nearby area

   I regularly order consistently great quality pizzas from these guys. Try "the buffalo chicken" pizza (if you like spicy, its awesome!). Plus the staff and drivers have always been friendly and polite.

   Ordered food they didn’t have ice-blast even tho they’re on the menu, ordered two portions of chips which came raw,soggy and white i gave them the benifit of doubt and rang up and asked for another portion and i offered to give the raw ones back got told it would be with me asap. Waited an hour still no call and door want knocked so i went outside to see if maybe the driver was outside and i see my chips on the floor they were freezing and had a slug on the box. Defo don’t order from here not the first bad experience
