Horrendous food, completely inedible. Ordered a chicken bhuna and when I opened the container, the smell was putrid. The visuals speak for themselves, the amount of grease is not normal. I have ordered from here in the past and it has always been incredible, won’t be back however.
Got mixed kebab asked for kebab meat well done and it looks like it's not even cooked grey a pale and no flavour at all
Paid £9 for chicken coujons absolutely disgusting they were cut in half no chicken in them and cut my gum trying to eat iv been loyal customer for years i should have gone to iceland il never order again from mamas kitchen
Lost count on how many times I've got from mamas but they never disappoint food is alway fresh full of flavour and can not beat the price. Highly recommend

Ordered from them last night 28-01-23. Waited over an 1.5 hours for delivery and when it arrived it was stone cold! Phoned up to inform them of this.........couldn't careless. He was argumentative, so asked for a refund and to come and collect their cold food, chinned off again. Told to claim it back through through the app used for ordering. That's the last time I'll be ordering food from them. Oh and as well, it went straight in the bin. Not a chance reheating kebab in the microwave!
I ordered a delivery from them which came on time. Got a pizza meal deal and upon arrival pizza was practically cold and the fries were super hot almost like they made that pizza and just left it out not caring about it getting cold before delivery driver picked it up. The second time I went in to their store myself to see how they do things just to find out that it isn't very clean and when the food is made they just put it under a table and leave it there until someone comes to collect it and on top of that I watched them cut fresh slices of kebab and some of them were hanging over the side of grill and the guy cutting them didn't care that it touched dirty surfaces or that it was rubbing against his apron and after he was done instead of throwing that dirty bit away he just packed it together and gave it to someone as their meal. Honestly felt disgusted seeing how they treat food they sell.
Great take away, good menu. Portion size excellent and tastes great.
