   IV just been informed of the delivery my kids received while I was away coaching which was and hour and a half late and freezing. The man dealing with the situation down the phone dealt with it horrendously telling my kids mother that if the kids had started eating it they could not take the food back which is a silly comment in it self due to it being an hour and a half late the kids were starving also they live in turf lodge and the man on the call had the audacity to say it was because of traffic it was late could have over looked it all if it was dealt with more professionaly although I love the place I'll never order out of it again and my family will not ether disgraceful customer service foods always great although was freezing this time.

   My white chocolate cookies I got from there taste bad and burnt taste. Normally this place is 9/10 which is really good. I fully recommend ordering pizzas from this place they are Delicious and also side orders are Delicious. I'm just annoyed my cookies did not meet my standards this time around. I hope this issue gets fixed
