   ordered 2 carbonaras and a waffle through just eat. as i’m severely allergic to nuts i called up just before ordering. guys on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. fully explained how the food would arrive and apologised that we’d have to heat the waffle ourselves (absolutely no bother at all) just to make sure there was no cross contamination. believe it may have been the manager as well who did our order himself just to make sure it was safe for me to eat. food was delivered 10 mins earlier than expected and was absolutely delicious. would recommend to anyone

   I ordered a 12 inch pizza and couldn’t believe how tiny it was. This would’ve been a 7 inch pizza in a 12 inch box. I had a bad experience before with them but decided against my better judgement to give them another chance. It seems deliberate too, like they don’t want us as costumers. Out of the 3 times I was there, there’s an odd atmosphere like they don’t want us there, they made us wait longer than people who made their order after us and they had big orders whereas we only ordered one thing. They also over charged me and refused to give me the free drink that was meant to come with the meal. I said my son’s name the first time I ordered in their shop and weird vibes after that. I think they don’t want costumers of a certain religion ordering from them. It makes terrible business sense but whatever, we won’t be back. We I’ve close and my son loves pizza, so their loss. We’ll stick with dominos from now on. Good riddance and goodbye!

   Delivered quick but I ordered a monster on just eat rang to tell me they had none and would a drink be okay I assumed I was getting a bottle as the monster was £2 but sent me a can and also sent me a banana milkshake instead of a red berry boost shake ? Like what ?!?!

   Rang up to place order. I was flustered and kept making mistakes. Lady on phone couldn't have been nicer. Lovely girl delivered food. And what a feast it was. Our new fave for sure. We always get the milky bar waffles but now we've tried the savory food our new fave. Excellent customer service. See you again soon. Thanks Team Fallones!

   Despite the low ratings, I will have to say the place is great. I am a local resident and I think the food is excellent. I usually get the chicken goujon meal which is lovely. However, once I did get the wrong order and what looked to be the manager was very polite and gave me the right order free of charge. Polite workers. Recommend alot!

   £9.60 for a small pizza & they had the cheek to short change me 20p! It was only me & it took 20 minutes for bog standard pizza. The pizza toppings were expensive & the "Chicken" tasted / looked suspiciously like very dry Turkey. Also there's no prices displayed which adds to the rubbish experience.

   Disgraceful customer service called to advise that the sauce was not house sauce as it was not edible with the amount of chilli that was put init and was just advised that the chef likes to use chilli and they offered no help what so ever. Wouldn't even give a star if that was an option what is the point serving food if its not edible also they are charging delivery both for sweet food and burgers etc ended up paying 6.50 just one order to be delivered from the same restaurant. Very unsatisfied with the service.
