Ordered £36 worth of food and it was the biggest disappointment in food I've had in a while... Delivery Driver almost dropped the food... Won't be back here again
Went to store to collect order got home wasent pizza i orderd I phoned and got nothing but ignorance and ended up having to keep wrong pizza to then be emailed sounding like it was my fault I couldent go back over
Extremely Disruptive and Unprofessional Behaviour. I’m beyond fed up with the constant noise and lack of respect from this company’s drivers. They regularly stand around outside blaring music, rev their engines at all hours from when you open and show zero regard for the residents in the area. This has been happening every single day and it’s not just me who’s affected I’m sure my neighbours are just as frustrated as I could hear one of shout to them to turn it down and stop, plus the constant weed smoking outside from them just polluting into the windows it's disgusting. Kicking about a ball at 11pm at night aswell with the loud talking and shouting literally no respect and the owners of this store have no respect also. It’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I expected better standards from a company that operates in residential areas.
Food was cold, burnt and just not nice. I paid 20 pound for the pizza and the pizza was horrendous. Phoned for a refund and they said no. I'm raging.
So I ordered the £20.99 meal deal, large pizza 2 sides and 2 drinks. When I received my order it was very wrong, I then rang the shop and the man and woman working told me it was my fault the pizza was wrong, they told me to check on the app what I ordered and I checked. It does not tell me what I ordered only shows the half and half. I then told them I would like a new pizza and the responses I got from the was outrageous. The disrespect of the workers is crazy. I would not go to this restaurant if I was anyone else as they have no respect for others and they don’t care about customer service. 0/10 experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
