Overall this was a good experience, however for some reason we were served the Gajrella to begin with, but with it being a sweet item I'd have thought it would be served last, so we sent it back. Only other point to note would be lack of communication; we were served the fries but had no idea on how long the pizza would take. In addition to this it was our first time dining in and nobody made it clear that we had to go and fetch plates and cutlery ourselves. My recommendation would be to try and serve items in one go rather than have long periods between for example fries and pizza and to ask customers if they're dining in for the first time. The Saag Paneer Pizza was spot on taste wise and also very filling! The K'Lon fries were a little salty but the crunch was good. Sauces were basic which can definitely be improved by making an in-house sauce selection instead of using cheap/bulk warehouse sauces. We also ordered Adrak and Elaichi tea which was quite subtle in flavour, I think a stronger taste would be popular. The star of the show has to be the Rabri Gajrella, the crunch of the almonds and rich creaminess of the Rabri was a great combination! Overall I'd definitely return for the Pizza and Gajrella but maybe for a takeout instead due to the poor sauce selection.

Wouldn’t even give them 1star ⭐ 1 Star Review My experience with Pizza Punjab was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited almost two hours for our order, which is completely unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, the pizza and garlic bread had been left outside without anyone notifying us. The driver claimed he had rung the bell, but he never did. If the bell had been rung, we would have gone straight to the door. Instead, our food was left sitting outside while we waited, unaware that it had even been delivered. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told to take the issue up with just eats. Just Eat’s customer service was just as unhelpful. I was kept on hold for nearly ten minutes listening to music, with no clear information about what was happening with my order. They repeatedly put me on hold and still couldn’t locate it. Overall, the service from both Punjab pizza and Just Eat was appalling. Between the long wait, the failure to ring the bell, the poor communication, and the lack of accountability, I will not be ordering from them again. Standards have dropped.

Drove all the way from Birmingham to try their famous Milk Badam and Rabri Falooda, and must say it was worth the trip. The milk was on point and falooda, while a bit on the sweeter side for me was very nice and authentic in taste. What topped it all was the great service and the uncle at the counter gave us their Punjabi gajarhalwa to try and it was amazing, proper home cooked taste. I would come back just for this!

After getting recommended this place, I brought the clan out here to eat. Parking is tricky to find, so maybe plan a little before hand. The locals might be used to it but I just got lucky. Upon entering, the front seemed very busy, which is a good sign I guess. We were soon shown to a room with a table big enough for all of us but there were very few pleasantries, just sit, order, I'll be back. Can see the room was decorated as an old school village room, it was kind of cool, different at least. Food came pretty quickly and was nice but not amazing. Really liked the steel plates, that was a great touch. A little search and I found where the cutlery and sauces were kept. But when it came to the desserts, that's where this place shines! They were amazing! Really flavorful and lovely textures. Really enjoyed them! Prices feel a little high for what you get, but it's fresh and tasty. Worth a visit. Enjoy.

Me and my family came here today and it was great. The road outside of it was a bit busy so hard to find parking. We entered and got seated. I don't think you will need a reservation. We ordered our food on a barcode at the table but you can order at the counter. It was a little cramped but had good seating. The food came very fast and was so good. We ordered 5 pizzas and 7 drinks and all came out so fast and was super impressed. Absolutely prefect and great to come to.

Went here for the first time over the weekend. Went from Birmingham. Brilliant food, especially the doner kebab and chips. The wraps and pizza were fab. All vegetarian too. The shop is very clean, tidy and warm. The customer service by Tehj was brilliant so patient and welcoming. Will definitely be returning soon. Thanks guys.

We were staying down the road and ordered take away. We only ordered pizzas and a unanimous decision by the whole family that this is the best pizza place we have ever eaten from. Will definitely be ordering or visiting again when we are in the area. Loved the pizza boxes too, gave kids a brief history lesson lol. Thank you for our delicious food.

The food has always been fantastic and I would highly recommend. However today I ordered a delivery and specifically asked for only lettuce and cucumber with my donner but they still added onions. Also, the expected delivery time was 20:25 but arrived at 19:50. Although this may seem good, I wasn’t ready for the food because I was about to have a shower before the food arrived.
