   We ordered pizza last week - gluten free. It arrived timely and hot. Opened the box and it was square which we thought was odd then took a bite and it tasted like chewing on the box. It tasted like cheap frozen pizza. (Was 50% off so was only £11 was supposed to be £22) Complained to ‘the hut’ about the shocking taste and was informed that the bases were frozen. What should have been £22 for a frozen pizza! Wont be buying anything else from Pizza Hut again. Totally ripped off!

   I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note. Thank you again, Dylan. You truly made a difference.

   I've had numerous experiences with this particular Pizza Hut Takeaway, and unfortunately, they have consistently been far from satisfactory. Despite my repeated attempts, I've encountered persistent issues with both the quality of their pizzas and the accuracy of my orders. The prices seem unjustifiably high for the level of service and product received. I thought I’d give it one last try, but the pizza that arrived was horrible soggy and messy. After countless disappointing experiences, I've decided to seek alternative options for my pizza cravings. My advice to anyone is to avoid this particular branch at all costs.

   I asked for half n half toppings as I have intolerance to certain foods, however they messed it all up. My kids took their half so I only had my half left which was all messed up and would make me I’ll. The manager said he would only replace half the pizza would take another 30 mins and would swap it so basically he wanted it back only to bin ! Disgusting !

   After trying this for the first time in Spain I thought I might as well try it here because it can't be much different... Boy was I wrong, the food was vile. Tasted of literally nothing, no idea how they managed to pull it off but it had to be the worst pizza I've ever ordered. Extremely disappointed and after trying how it should be, I believe they deserve to be shut down. Very poor standards. Wouldn't feed this inedible grool to my worst enemy.

   Really pleased with pizza hut reintroducing the gluten free bases as my daughter is a coeliac. It's always our go to take away as we can all be catered for . Delivery drivers are always pleasant an on time

   They don't know how to make nice pizza anymore, taste as bad as £2 frozen pizza you buy from some supermarkets. bad slicing, one slice is too small and one slice is too big. I made complaints so many time but no improvement as no one want to listen. I've decided to avoid pizza hut forever.

   Decent pizza but always greasy. The pizza from here is inconsistent as far as franchise pizza places go. The staff are always friendly and orders are prepared and delivered quickly. I've never had a bad order but sometimes pizzas are cooked perfectly, and other times now enough. Another gripe is sometimes there is way too much cheese on the pizza, and it results in incredibly greasy pizza. 3/5.
