   Really bad delivery ...ordered it and hour and 40 minutes ago just called them and got hung up on twice. And then got told it is still 10 minutes. Absolutely shocking. The food came and it is all freezing and the chicken wings are burnt to a crisp

   Right the pizza is good bit I don't much care for pizza. The kebabs are good but... no difference between large or small, never enough chips and if you ask for sauce it's smothered on even if you ask for just a little! When you mention it to the staff they day "its not our fault its the cook" he is 4 foot away from you so tell him!!!! Would be 4 stars if customer service meant something The willenhall branch is way more attentive

   Unsure if it's been a change of ownership, but standards couldn't have been lower. Pizza was basicly raw in the middle, massive lack of toppings. Not good at all This pizza place used to be constantly decent. Not anymore! Avoid

   Just had a pizza delivered with chicken wings, wings were burnt one side and uncooked the other, wedges were wet and soggy, ate one piece of pizza and the chicken on wasn't cooked properly. Rang shop to get refund and food returned. Delivery driver turned up and was told he wasnt allowed to give money back if food had been touched, how are you to know food isn't cooked without touching it, money should have just been given back when food handed over. How ridiculous to expect the delivery driver to deal with saying that to customers. Finally got money back but shouldn't have been so difficult to argue. If we'd eaten loads food fair enough but a peace!! Ridiculous, won't order from there again.

   Regular customer but don't think I'll bother again - tonight I placed an order around 7pm and as I write this at almost 9:30pm I've received nothing, had three phone conversations, the first I was told the food was with the driver and five minutes away (around 8:30), the second I was told they'd chase up the driver and call me back (8:45) and the third I spoke to the manager who told me again the food was with the driver to ask the driver for a refund when it was delivered (9) - the food is still yet to appear. Absolutely abysmal.

   Ordered a free choice 16" and selected pepperoni x 4 and this is what I got. Quite possibly the worst "pepperoni" pizza I've ever had. It's 2022 who cuts it in half!? one slice of pizza is as big as my hand and has 1.5 slices of pepperoni on it so I called to complain and when handed to "the boss" he told me it was the best he could do because the cheese makes it slide off. When no other pizza shop has this issue. As soon as we tried to complain through just eat our reviews were hidden and just eat wouldnt help. I have been as customer of supremos since they opened! And the boss was absolutely useless, wasn't bothered at all "he did his best". Can safely say I'll be using my money on manos 2 doors down with the rest of the local community
