   First time ordering Papa Johns and honestly our experience wasn't the best. Delivery was very fast which was the best part. Pizza was bad. We ordered 2 plain medium cheese & tomato and both pizzas had miniscule amounts of both cheese & tomato, it was more like eating warm bread. The pizzas were also not cut into slices for some reason. The jalapeno bites we ordered were okay but for £6 a portion I would have expected them to not be so stingey with how many they gave us. The giant choc chip cookie was alot better than the pizza but unfortunately was burnt. For the money they charge we expected better quality. Overall would not recommend.

   Our pizza was delivered today & you would thouth the driver used it as a Frisbee on the way. I've never seen a pizza bashed into the corner losing all it's toppings! We called the restaurant for a new pizza after complaining to Uber the staff were so rude basically telling us it's Uber's problem. I'm pretty surw Papa John's got paid for the pizza. On a positive note the jalapeño poppers slapped!

   I ordered pizzas online and bear in mind my whole order came to over £60 and the app didn’t update my medium pizza to large, I placed the order, got confirmation and saw it was medium. I literally rang the shop within 1 minute of placing my order, to be told my order was in the oven all 4 pizzas, even though I’d literally just placed the order. The lady who I spoke to was soooo rude! Shouting down the phone at me blaming me for this error, when I tried to explain she continuously interrupted me which is VERY rude then told me I have to buy another pizza for £7.99 to make up to a large after I just paid over £60, yet I am a regular customer always spend this amount, to be treated like that!! Absolute disgusting customer service, absolute disgusting!!!! No more orders coming from me, no need for rudeness at all, regardless of what error was made, absolutely shocking!!!

   Ordered via website for collection at a specific time. They rang asking where I was, 45 minutes before the time specified and then blamed me for their error! They made it fresh again when I went to collect and once again blamed me. No sign of any apology

   We have you this papa johns since it opened and honestly it’s our go to for takeaway every time! We’ve never once had to complain about the service or the food it’s always been absolutely spot on! I use other papa johns when away with work and even though they are the same company they aren’t as good for some reason.
