   Ordered through Justeat on 9th July. Expected delivery time comes and goes but no food has arrived. Tried to call the restaurant through number on the website but the number is disabled... Another half hour passes, food is now incorrectly marked as delivered on Justeat. An hour 20 later (2 hours 20 after ordering) and still no food nor message from the restaurant to explain the delay. Fireaway took the money but never delivered the order and it’s impossible to get in touch with the restaurant for an update. Recommend you order elsewhere.

   The only reason I’m giving two starts is because their pizza is actually really tasty as well as other items on the menu. However, I only ordered from here two times and the first time they took too long to deliver (way past the latest estimated time). The second time my order was never delivered. It was way past the estimated delivery time again. I received a message saying that fireaway pizza could not complete my order even though confirmed it, prepared it, sent it “out for delivery” and had me wait all this while just to cancel it. Do better pls, fireaway pizza xox

   We came to see a show at the Halls and needed somewhere to eat. After seeing the pictures on the reviews, we knew we had to come. From the outside, it kind of appeared like a cheap pizza place, but we double-checked the pictures and had to try it. We went in and the decor is very nice, modern and inviting. The large rotating pizza oven looks great in the centre. The front desk comes across like a subway of pizzas, so you can see all the fresh ingredients. We ordered 2 pizzas with cokes. It's a shame the drinks don't come in a dispenser like normal takeaways as this has a desired taste. We were served cans of coke, which is good still. The meal is rather expensive however this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Very fresh and tasty pizza that has that authentic stone baked taste. I was gutted. I do not live local to this as I'll definitely crave it in the future. Turns out they're a large chain, and there is one 30 minutes from home.

   Visited for my first time a week ago. The thing that stuck out to me was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Tried the BBQ strips and really enjoyed then. Returned today and had a pepperoni pizza for just £5.95 in accordance with their lunch time offer. Again, really enjoyed it. Great addition to Wolverhampton and wonderful customer service.

   Ordered pizza, the meathead pizza and the bbq chicken wings. The meathead pizza and the chicken wings were appauling quality. Usually order from the Dudley branch without any issues. Will never order from this branch again. In response to your inaccurate description of the actual true account of events that transpired, at no point were myself or my partner "drunk" as that is a deformation of character and an incorrect assumption. Secondly, at no point were either myself or my partner abusive towards your employees, we merely made attempts to escalate the complaint via the correct channels by requesting to speak to a manager/supervisor as we were unhappy with the response due to the cost of the order and the substandard quality of the food we received, we felt that a replacement pizza was not a suitable remedy and we were attempting to seek a refund to resolve the situation.

   Went there to pick the takeaway food items. The restaurant has limited seating space, however it was tidy and clean. I could see my pizza being made freshly while waiting in the shop. Food itself was delicious, speciallylicked the chicken starters. I would recommend this place if you want to have a good pizza.

   Stopped at Fireway Wolves for a quick bite to eat. The shop itself is spotlessly clean, nicely kitted out with a really cool vibe. As for the Linch.....wow, the pizza (lots of types and toppings to choose from) and chicken strips didn't only taste fantastic, but were presented really nicely on wooden boards. This is not your standard eat in/out restaurant, it's a real cut above the rest and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and if you are thinking about trying, don't waste any time and get down there.
