   Really poor customer service when food was delivered under cooked, they insisted that the ovens cook everything thoroughly. A replacement couldn’t be arranged, I have never complained about their other slip ups in the past, but you can’t ensure the food is always cooked; I’ve worked in a Papa Johns myself. Don’t waste your time with these doughnuts.

   I made order 81259742 (I spend hundreds of pounds with you every 1-2 months). On this occasion, the order didn't arrive until two hours later, and all the food arrived stone cold. This was after I rang twice and asked where the food was, to be told it was on its way when it was not. I also told them to cancel the order as I knew the food would be cold, but they insisted it wouldn't be. I called immediately when the food was delivered and asked them to instruct the driver to take it away, but they told me to dispose of it and they would refund me. This was over two weeks ago. I keep ringing to ask where this is, but the store keeps telling me the manager isn't in and nobody can deal with it. So I will now review this store on Google to warn other customers that you do not refund customers when you deliver cold food or items are missing. This store is a joke.

   Shocking service. Collected our food and when home realised our bbq chicken wings had been replaced with what we believed to be chicken poppers. Bit into one to discover it was cauliflower?! Rang the store and said we hadn’t been sent bbq chicken wings to which we were told oh it’s cauliflower, so if you know why was it sent?! Told that we could return for bbq wings. So drive back to the store handed a pathetic portion of bbq wings, much smaller than what we originally ordered and paid for. Disgusting service. Will not be returning

   It was my first time ordering from Papa John’s, and after reading some of the earlier reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I was completely wrong to worry! The delivery was fast, the food arrived piping hot and perfectly cooked, and our order was spot on with nothing missing. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Absolutely fantastic experience — 10/10! This has officially become our new go-to pizza place for Friday nights.

   Ordered almost £50 worth of food whilst on a residential with other teachers. Food did not arrive. Called the shop, they had bad communication skills and awful service. They decided to ask another branch to deliver our food because they thought that branch was closer to us (it wasn't, we checked on google maps). Made up a tale about delivery driver not being able to reach our address (Laches wood outdoor education centre) even though it's such an easy route to and from papa johns. Kept making excuses over the phone, didn't offer a solution. We asked for food to be delivered regardless as we were hungry but no one arrived still. After being told the shop is closing at 10pm, we found out we can't get a refund because Papa johns claimed to have delivered at 11pm, an hr after closing time. Do not recommend to anyone. Will not be ordering again from any branch. Robbed of almost £50.

   Thought give these another try. Rang in to ask what the collection deals were, was told a large is £9.99 I said is that your best deal he said yes. Got there and on the window of the shop there is a deal for 2 topping large pizza for £7.99 I said why didn’t you tell me that deal when I rang? He said I’m on my own & first day. Blatantly wasn’t, not even an apology. Had so many problems with the staff working here in the past, incompetent but food is good.

   Absolutely shocking pizza looks nothing like the pictures and hardly any toppings - never ordering from Papa johns again and defiantly telling all family and friends this a poor restaurant with poor staff.

   As you can see from the pictures I ordered a steak and cheese pizza. Where is the steak. I know papas pizza are promoting meat free but come on. Also where is the bacon on the side. The only reason they get 2 stars is delivery was pretty quick. Don't think I will be ordering again. Papa John's you need to sort out your franchises.
