   I’ve recently started coming to this Pizza Hut more often because the customer service is always so spot on. Based on those great experiences, I decided to finally download the app. Being new to the app, I completely messed up my order and accidentally selected a small pizza instead of a large. I felt like a total idiot when I realized my mistake, but Jas the store manager in the shop was absolutely amazing. Without any hesitation, she sorted it out for me immediately and put a large pizza through so I got exactly what I needed. I honestly couldn’t believe how helpful and kind she was about the whole situation. The entire staff at the Compton branch are brilliant, but Jas really went above and beyond. If you’re looking for great pizza backed by staff who actually care about their customers, this is the place. I’m definitely sticking with this branch from now on!

   Twice I have ordered a margarita pizza and the cheese topping is nowhere to be seen. Also ordered potato wedges, I didn’t get them but got the ketchup to go with it. Called a couple hrs later when I sat down and had the time to make a call, I have a newborn and 2 other children also friends were over. I was told I should have called straight away and the owner could have done with seeing the pizza, told her I have got a photo. She didn’t listen to me instead over talked and put me on hold also kept on saying hello on the phone like she couldn’t hear me asked for a refund and she referred me to the website, funny because the website refers me to the hut I ordered from! Terrible service, rude and don’t know how she even speaks to customers let alone own a Pizza Hut and have the worst customer service I have ever received, not surprised at the reviews as they are true about her. Ashame as I like Pizza Hut too.

   Great takeaway from Pizza Hut Compton! We ordered takeaway from Pizza Hut Compton and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything was ready on time. My son chose the gluten-free pizza and really enjoyed it — crisp crust, fresh toppings, and full of flavor. Great service and food — we’ll definitely order again!

   Food turns up quickly usually, well packaged and tasty - it's pizza hut so I'm sure you get the idea. A few good veggie options without having to get creative with the menu and some smaller. Flatbreads if you're not that hungry.

   This place is a joke. I called not long ago and was told to "ring back later because they were busy". I went there today and they told me they couldn't accept cash. What sort of backwards shop doesn't accept cash? On top of all of this the staff hang around the shop like a couple of road man.

   Tried to order from the Compton store on the phone however it can ‘only be done on the app’ apparently? Think they just couldn’t be bothered lol but it was 10 mins till closing so I don’t blame them and just got dominos

   19th September 2021: This Pizza Hut shop was still being put together last time we were here in Compton on the canal moorings. Wow, what a great shop, all shiny and new and I decided that I was going to have a pizza for my dinner. Popped in at about 20h00 and ordered the Meat Feast Large "classic crust thin style" pizza to take back to our narrowboat. My pizza was freshly made and ready in about 12 minutes, wow. I couldn't wait to get back to start eating eat as it smelled so deliciously yummy. What a fantastic new Pizza Hut shop and so close to the canal moorings, definitely will be recommending it to all the canal boaters. Fantastic service, fantastic pizza, fantastic staff and a Big Thank You and Shout Out To AQUEEL...nice one lad..a perfect score overall...10/10!
