    excellent customer service. my order came quickly, but had a wrong item, called the shop and they immediately sent out a replacement which was here in 10 minutes. really lovely delivery drivers and staff. food came hot and well made!

    What happened to the crust? Arrived hour late cold and battered sent cheese pasta side instead of chicken kickers called and connected to straight on hold rang again just to be told we’re busy and send out 2 fresh pizzas so what do I do with 2 extra pizzas I can’t eat now? When I’m hungry and ate the cold ones that I didn’t enjoy I expect a full refund Β£36+ terrible service I only live less than 10 mins away! How do you manage to charge so much for pizzas and can’t even get the basics done expect fresh hot food wish I’d put a frozen pizza in the oven! Done it myself …TAKE NOTE OF THAT PIC COMPANY BECAUSE THAT LOOKS NASTY AND YOU ADVERTISE THE PERFECT LOOKING PIZZA IN REALITY THIS IS WHAT YOU GET????

    Ordered online x2 pizza Veg and Margarita plus x2 sides.The veg was no way prepared and cooked today! Potatoe wedges disgusting left over reheated crap. Disgusting. Never ordering from here again it was an absolute last minute choice.Spent Β£40 on this waste of a meal.

    Walked in here after a night out. Was alone so only wanted a small pizza. Deals advertised stated small 2 topping pizzas Β£6.99. I ordered a small double peperoni expecting to pay Β£6.99. They charged me Β£10 and when I enquired they tried to say, the cheese and tomato on the pizza base counted for the first 2 toppings! Meaning my double peperoni pizza had 4 toppings. Disgusting attitude from the lady on the counter and an appalling way to deceive customers. Felt completely ripped off and uncomfortable. The pizza was bearly edible. I'd advise you all to go elsewhere. I actually wanted a subway but they were closed. Otherwise I'd have gone to Papa John's Penn Road, so much friendlier and better.

    Phoned dominoes to ask if they took cash on delivery and was told they do, but back tracked by saying they didn’t. Well dominoes you lost a regular customer what a shame you can’t accept cash

    Do not accept cash payments, the pizzas are not the best, lacking cheesey toppings, this shop is a franchise.

    Arrogant staff, was told the normal price for a small margarita individual pizza is Β£13.99, the massive sign behind the staff clearly stated Β£5.99 When challenged he said yes this is a very special offer now on that I could have! Β£5.99 for a medium at papa johns down the road and friendlier staff.
