   Worst food I’ve ever had. Had such a craving for a burger and it was the biggest disappointment. I paid almost £9 for a Yo Cheeseburger that looked like a £2 cheeseburger from McDonalds. It was not what they advertised, no salad, no tomatoes or relish in it, just the beef pattie with cheese - that was it for a £9 cheeseburger. Loaded fries were all soggy and gross too oily, terrible. Never ordering again, overpriced which I wouldn’t have minded if at least I could have eaten anything but it was a joke for £21.

   Food was hot and freshly cooked, service was fast, place was clean, music was good. Burgers were so good. The young man on staff last night was very friendly. He saw my fiancé is a wheelchair user and he brought everything over to our table without us asking. Very kind and proactive. Will be back

   Caesar burger was burnt had to supplement chips and remove the chicken, chips were also soggy and tastes like burnt, yo cheese burger meat was very chewy and chicken goujons were burnt waste of money! Cooks walking about kitchen touching food with hands then touching rubbish bins then food again. Man serving at the till was absolutely lovely! Nicest part of both meals were the tins of coke:(

   When you spend £40 you definitely don’t expect to have you order arrive with a black and burnt veggie burger, 2 dirty fries that genuinely tasted dirty and one that was supposed to have bacon, have a few specs of bacon. I think it’s absolutely appalling that business cry poverty yet they can’t even get the basics right. Fed up of getting poor quality grub given to us and expected to pay for it. To the owners - you need to get your staff sorted as you’re losing business from stuff like this.

   Absolutely unreal!! Best burger in town, tasted amazing. Can’t quite understand the bad reviews as we had an amazing experience. Price equal to that of a restaurant/online takeaway delivery service and food was very good quality! I’m not sure how well the food would travel so recommend eating in if you can :) Will definitely be returning

   Called in to get a quick dinner as I had to head out for the night, got a burger deal with fries and a drink and you can choose from a huge range of toppings. Food was excellent and service was great, had great banter with daniel while waiting for the food !

   Ordered some fairly basic items, a plain burger, a bacon cheese burger, fries and dirty fries. Not only did thdy forget every single drink ordered, but thd food was wet to the point of inedible, the dirty fries were disgusting, and half of it was freezing cold. Avoid at all costs, its a surprise theyre even open

   Would never come back here again! I never leave reviews but I am so taken back by the service of this place and the terrible food served. 24th September what ever staff member I was speaking to on front til of Lisburn road was so rude and had no people skills. I ordered my order and he didn’t seem to understand me when it was a basic order and had an attitude having to repeat him self. I ordered this and brought this home. The food was freezing, to top it off I was served a cold bap with lettuce! I had to drive the hole way back over and explain what the problem was. This staff member was not apologetic, was shaken his head at me and taken an attitude bearing in mind I had to come the hole way back over and his customer service skills where a disgrace. I will not be back to this place and I will not be recommending this place to anyone! I understand mistakes happen however this staff member should not work with public if he can’t handle situations like this. When I walked out he didn’t even say as much as a bye, or sorry about that. When I ate the new order the notion had wore of. Disgusted at the way this staff member treated me.

   I have ordered from here twice prior to being able to sit in again. The 1st time delivery was perfect came really quick food was nice and warm. 2nd time delivery took over 2 hours and 1 of the milkshakes was wrong. I did not contact the shop as i didn't want to wait for another delivery. The burgers are good and i liked that you can choose a single or double pattie but the yo dirty fries are a must with cheese sauce and bacon bits! Our first order i was a bit disappointed with the amount of fries for £4.50 as the box when it arrived wasn't even half full but on the 2nd delivery this issue seemed to have been sorted with a much better portion. Personally the milkshakes are just ok.
