Ordered a pile of pizza for a work training session. Mix of base types. The pizza was the solid standard you expect from papa johns. The price once you do buy one get one free for xxl is good. The main reason for the review is the 2 missed garlic dips. We didn't notice, it's good pizza, it wasn't needed. But they noticed. Not only did they notice, they called to apologise and to check it wasn't a problem. I would not expect that level of attention to detail to realise and certainly wouldn't expect an apology and offer to make up for it next order for something we didn't even notice. Thank you very much.
Old dough, no tomato sauce on base, over-cooked pizza and burnt dessert!! Rang to complain, was told they would call me back but no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!! Pls see images of food as proof!
Dissatisfied. Pre ordered 3 hours before and it still came 45 mins late. It was cold undercooked with tasteless topping. Disgraceful food never again will I eat from there.

Food top quality in taste, but when I went to collect I was completely ignored and stood there waiting with no acknowledgement for over 5 mins. So by the time I did finally get notice my pizza that had been ready on a shelf was cold
Very nice pizza and the pizza’s was full of toppings and staff was very polite and helpful and i got fresh and warm pizza. I got pizza in very good price.
Was very happy to hear a Papa John's was opening in Carlton as I normally ordered from the Arnold branch, thought I would give it a go - was highly disappointed! The chicken poppers wasn't even cooked & the pizza was full of grease with not much toppings! Called the branch & spoke to someone who sounded like they was teenager who then passed me to the manager who sounded like another teenager & didn't even have a clue about anything - in the end he put the phone down on me. Called back & the person put the phone down on me. Will not be ordering from this branch again & highly recommend other people not too!
