   This is our go to chinese and usually it’s spot on but I have to say the past couple times we have been, it’s been appalling. We’ve literally just picked this up and the curry has never looked so disgusting. The salt and pepper chips?? Just regular chips with a few tiny peppers and seasoning… I couldn’t even touch the curry because it just looked gross. The rice was also in one big clump and cold, along with chow mein which was also cold. Really is disappointing when you’re spending over £20 on something you’re looking forward to eating on a Friday evening. I think this is our sign to give somewhere else a try now because we’ve wasted a few weekends now on Jade House

   We've been coming to Jade House for a number of years, since they've changed owners I've given it the benefit of the doubt more than once, but our order last night was shocking. The salt and pepper chicken was disgusting. Was nothing but batter. The price of the food has also gone up a lot, they've taken what was a fantastic Chinese to something only someone who was drunk on a night out would be happy with. Won't be wasting anymore money here.

   Been using this place for years, tried others, but always ended up coming back. Recently had a takeaway under the new management and was the best yet in my opinion. Always tend to have the same dishes, really like the gung po beef. I'm pretty sure the salt and chili wings recipe has changed, very tasty with more spice. Will continue to use this place.

   Second time ordering chips here and the first time I just thought it was a bad batch but this is my second time and I’m quite annoyed because the majority had to be binned. The chips are so old and hard as if they’ve been cooked days before and just reheated. Really not pleased because I hardly have a takeaway due to many reasons so when I do it’s a treat. The chicken in black bean sauce was fine and fresh just the chips are horrible!

   Not good, looks like new people have taken over ( at least temporarily ) the food was not up to the usual good standard, very bland food, that was almost cold. I don’t think I’ll be returning until things have improved.
