Just devoured my first meal from Smokeboxx and it definitely won’t be my last!! Generous portions, best Mac and cheese I’ve tasted and the Philly cheese steak was so flavoursome. Can’t wait to try the curry goat & fried chicken next! Friendly staff and lovely shop. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!
Mixed experience! Spent over £50 to be given runny Mac and cheese that visually looked like sick. The rest of the meal was nice , however with the Mac and cheese being off putting did not finish. When spoken to, I was told that the Mac and cheese consistency varies every day. So if you order Mac and cheese ask what consistency it is first. Just to add, was offered a free side on next visit which was a nice gesture. Seasoned fries were nice, curry goat could have came with a bit of sauce. However, wings were brilliant!
very disappointed. food took 3hours. was suppose to be a collection order but i got there and the shop was closed. i was then told last minute that i couldn’t collect the food from the shop because it wasn’t there? they offered to deliver it a hour later. when it finally arrived it was cold. food doesn’t look like how it’s advertised! customers service absolutely terrible. complete waste of time.
Very polite on phone, explained what was available, delivered on time and food was amazing, very generous portions.
