2nd time ordering takeaway at paprika, the staff are wonderful and happy to cater for your tastebuds. Absolutely stunning curries will be ordering more :)
I sat for 35mins for a bag of chips that were cold terrible customer service
Actually I never ordered food from here Bcoz of Christmas everything was closed So I find this place on just eat I went there ordered chicken tikka and portion of chips ,it take hardly 7 minutes and food was ready I come home open the box chicken was half cooked and cold Absolutely feel disgusted
The food from this place is AWFUL !! 1 curry tastes and looks the same as the next, the Tikka massalla tastes the same as the Vindaloo,the Vindaloo tastes the same as the Chicken chilli massalla,etc,etc. This is my opinion and everybody is entitled to that, but food from here is a no,no,certainly for me and my family anyway.!

This place used to be top notch, but the last two meals we've had have been very poor far too spicy old rice all stuck together plus old over cooked chicken. Maybe they changed chef's or something! But decision made we won't be having any more from here. Shame really, as they were once good.
Normally I don't have a bad experience when ordering from here, but on this occasion I was disappointed. I ordered a chicken balti and it was about as spicy as a korma! The curry itself was also cold when I got it home (I live across the road) which also added to my disappointment. I ordered poppadoms with my order to have with my curry but you are also supposed to have poppadoms included with most main dish orders as an appetizer to start to go along with the chutney and onion salad with but I was not given these. I have been ordering from here for years but feel the standard is slightly dropping.
Everyone has their favourite takeaway and rightly so, but for me the Shahi Balti is the one for me. Abdul and his staff will always treat everyone as a friend and valued customer and quality, service and consistency is the backbone of this extraordinarily fine local business. Telephone orders, takeaway or collect there is always satisfaction guaranteed. If you haven't tried them yet...Go on, you know you want to.
