   Used fishhooks for years stopped when there portion size got really small not value for money tried again tonight 2 hour wait on delivery food lukewarm and portion size I’ve seen bigger kids meals still looking for the chicken its playing hide and seek

   Well this is the last chance. Ordered a sausage supper last night. Chips were atrocious and got binned. Last time was the same. Worst chips iv had in years. Sorry fishbook need to get your act together. Won't be back EVER!

   Ordered on the phone two lightly battered, lightly cooked fish, a chip and two sausages. Traveled to shop and waited 20minutes so 30 minutes in total. I had ordered an Indian takeaway to collect on the way there. All cooked, bagged and collected in 15minutes total. Big chunks of batter with no fish. Chips with grotty burnt brown bits. I started work in the food trade decades ago. First rule, do not give customers food you would not eat. Seems lost on this chippie. I use it reasonably regularly but it’s going downhill. I won't be back.

   Great local chippy . Prices have went up but still good value and decent portions. Tasty food . Delivery is cheap and prompt . Great 2for1 pizza deals on Sundays . They can be busy so probably best order delivery than for collection and have to wait around .

   Ordered a chicken baguette to be sent a wrap waited over an hour on food .. phoned to complain that we ordered a baquette not a wrap to be told theyll do another one but we have to pay for it when it was their mistake lol absoulute joke and just spent 22 pound out of this place ..never order again

   Had before and was great but what they sent out tonight was so bad. On one of the fish suppers the batter was so hard and the fish was burnt. The other fish was cooked then battered again and recooked and rock hard and burnt. Have a pic have a look. Would u eat that! ????

   Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a meal to collect. Woman who answers the phone was so rude and apparently she owns the place. When I went in to pay she had a face like a slapped pastie. Not be back.
