   First time ordering and it was fantastic! I was craving donner meat and chips, but I was struggling to find anywhere local that did it with salad, chips, and sauce. Then I found this place. It was exactly what I wanted. The portion size was perfect with just the right amount of everything. This will be my go to place for donner meat from now on.

   Our first time ordering from Amicos and we'll definitely be back. One of the nicest pizzas I've had. Good topping right to the edge and the base was lovely. Not a rip off like some of the big names. If I had one moan it would be the charge for an extra topping when you've already removed one of the standard toppings, surely that should be a replacement topping.

   Finally a nice pizza place just moved around here tried so many and they where awful one even put brown sauce as a base this place pizza is nice chips and cake and didnt take long came hot and the delivery man was really nice and patient

   Pizza arrived 25 minutes late despite pre-ordering for a specific time 2 hours in advance. My cheese and tomato pizza had a really hard base and was overcooked on top, it was unpleasant to eat. It was too late by this point to contact pizza amicos to ask them to send out another, what with the pizza already arriving late. I had only a couple of slices and the rest went in the bin. The chips were nice. My husband said his pizza was fine.

   Accepted order and took payment, then proceeded to cancel order because they no longer deliver to my area - ideally wouldn't have been able to place the order at all so I'm not waiting 3-5 days for a refund...

   We order quiet regular. Everything is always piping hot! Tonight we sat here waiting nearly 2 hours very unusual as its normally well within 30 mins! So I thought I would ring. What a idiot! I selected collection! No idea how. However they went above and beyond and said they would make fresh and deliver! That in my eyes is fantastic customer service!

   I made a error and didn't see the app had altered to pick up. I order all the time and this has never happened it always populates to delivery. I am aware it was my error but we had no way to collect (I'm on crutches) I called and explained and I was met with the rudest response telling me it isn't there problem. I advised we order all the time and can they not do this one favour for a regular customer. He asked for my address and hung up so now I don't know if it is coming or not and I may have lost 30 quid. I will give it a while if it dosnt arrive order else where, but I will never order from pizza amigos again as I work in customer service and a little empathy goes a long way. I will edit this post if it turns up to say.

   I tried to call but no luck also tried to leave a review on my account but got banned. I wanted to speak to them about the lack of chilli on the jacket potato and also how it dry it was. I asked for salad too and got shreds of lettuce and a few bits of tomato. Wasnt at all up to Amicos standards and will find somewhere else now
