   Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats on a Friday night. The app said it would be delivered in about 45 minutes, but I didn’t receive it until roughly 2.5 hours later. During that time I tried calling the restaurant, but no one picked up. When the driver finally arrived, he was extremely rude. When I mentioned the long delay, he told me I was “lucky” to get it in 2.5 hours because it “usually takes 4 hours on Fridays”. He also said the delay was my issue, not theirs, and that I should complain. The combination of the long wait, no communication, and disrespectful attitude means I won’t be ordering from here again.

   Food took a little longer than expected, but it was very busy and the food was bang on again. Only been here 3-4 times in the last couple of months and it’s been very nice each time! Highly recommend

   Have been going to Caspian's for a while, having seen an online review. Their Donner kebab's are as top tier as you're likely to find and never disappoint - there was a slight error with my order and they went above and beyond to rectify. Top service!

   I can’t give anything less than 5 stars, the gentleman in there are some of the friendliest people you can meet, very good customer service and the pizza and donner was even better. Sauces all were really nice. Will definitely be coming again.

   I allways go here for a quick kebab ! The special kebab I highly recommend lovely staff and allways look after there regulars 10/10 Pizzas top notch!

   Great take away the food are tasty and big portion, donner kabab is out of this world and really tasty, really friendly staff and also i notice they give free food to homeless people without any question, the only reason its a 4 star is they dnt take card payment which is a hassle but apart from that its the best take away by far with food and service.

   I’ve been coming here regularly for about 20 years. In recent years I’ve been ordering online via Just Eat and the quality of the food, portions and service is still first class! Nice to see a company retaining the standards it always had! (Please add doner meat in a tray to the menu so I can order it separately as I used to In store.)

   Amazing pizza, donner is always good but disappointed with the chips I received, rock hard and stale over cooked, they were definitelyre-fried chips. I called the takeaway to let them know, they were indenial that they sent fresh chips, they were NOT!!. The guy I spoke to then moaned about the complaint, I'm sorry your a takeaway "Learn to take CRITICISM" no one makes a complaint without a reason. like I said the food is usually quite good.
