When I'm picking things, the shop assistants always follow me around and tidy up the shelves. They keep looking over my shoulder wherever I go. Is this to prevent theft? This behavior really annoys me!
One of the staff shouted at me, saying I’m not allowed to take pictures of the products in the store. Mind you, I only took one photo, not loads. I was literally just trying to message my friend to ask about the product. Honestly, they think their store is a museum. Why are they so paranoid of people taking photos if they’re confident in their pricing? Plus, I’ve no idea how they have so much time to stare at customers with every step they take. The staff are extremely rude and their attitude is disgusting. Won't step a foot into this premise again.
Fantastic range of products at reasonable prices. Personal favourite for tofu and mochi when in town.
if i can, i would give this rubbish negative star. this store is rude and extremely impolite. They made us feel unwelcomed. Don't allow discuss what to buy as they would shout their shop is not for talk. rubbish store!!!
I have been coming to this store for over five years and I love it. They have an amazing selection of goods for a relatively small store and I can always find what I want. The staff are always really friendly and helpful when asked (but not pushy), so the reviews saying they experienced poor service do not ring true to me. Perhaps those reviewers were rude or noisy? I recommend visiting and forming your own opinion.

There are a lot of nice food available, stuff are friendly and nice. I am regular customer with them for many years. Strongly recommend. They will regularly update some new fresh food.
I also have a same strange experience. They did not allow me talking to my friend. They said customers only shopping but cannot talking to each other. This is a nightmare shopping experience i never meet before.
Over all it’s a very well stocked supermarket. My one complaint isn’t with them it’s one of their products. The fresh Asian diced spare ribs are very poor quality, primarily bone with little meat and had an off smell when being cooked so I’ve thrown them away.
