ordered 6 things didnt take too long the box was awful leaked everywhere. short girl with a skin fade was shouting at coworkers about the boxes threatening loss of job awful experience.
Waited nearly 2 hours for 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes, restaurant said they delivered when they did not. Lied to us that it was on the front of the step when it wasn’t. Didn’t even try to deliver it. Unhappy, rude encounter with staff. Doesn’t take much to be honestly and just say you didn’t make it!! Order came to £29.81 as well, in this economy that’s quite expensive for 4 items. Totally unhappy and disappointed with the business.
Nutella doughs... this is what you gonna get. 100kg of flour with a slightly Nutella taste. (Maybe because it was dripping outside the box everywhere, like on my chicken side box) but no. Most of them were just white. Order came with a little bag of sweets, nice gesture, but I would say keep them next time, and put enough ingredients on the plates. Chicken goujons were delicious! One of my favourite pizza places. Its a shame it opens so late but its a must-try! The desserts are incredible & the salami on the pizza is so deliciously different.
Poor standard of food and the service is really bad. Staff are very rude. Don't even bother with a delivery.
Absolutely shocking experience from Roccos tonight! Ordered a delivery which arrived in good time, however had 2 shakes missing from the order.. no biggie, these things happen. Rang the restaurant and was told that the driver still had them and that he’d be back now to deliver them. 45 minutes later, still nothing, call again. To enquire, got hung up on, then rang back. Was told “the driver is 100% certain he gave the milkshakes over so ring just eat and get a refund”. No apologies no nothing. Absolutely the worst customer service. I’m not unreasonable, should she have said, we’re really sorry, we’re closing soon and can’t get it out to you right now then I would understand. I have asked when a manager is available and asked for the person on the phones name for reference which I wasn’t given. I’m just disappointed. All I wanted was my full order and ended up getting spoken to like I wasn’t even valued as a customer. In a time when there is so much strain on the hospitality industry, places like this should be tripping over themselves to ensure their customers have a good opinion of them.
Wouldn't put my money in this business ever again it's been multiple times I have ordered of them and my food has never came and on there and it says completed so you cannot get your money back and then when you call them they're absolutely cheeky and do not know how to speak to customers

Pizza so salty and mushy couldn’t even eat it. “ Nutella” pizza not exactly appetising, basically bread with some Tesco value chocolate on top. Sent the wrong flavour of milkshake and came 1 1/2 hours late Won’t be ordering again
