Ordered several pizzas for friends we had over for New Year's eve. Order arrived incorrectly with Tokyo Hijacked Pizza coming without chicken katsu on it. We initially called to attempt to rectify this, however their response was to claim that the pizza does not come with chicken katsu or any chicken on it at all, despite me having a screenshot of the ingredients list (added here). Tomato, mozzarella and chillies does not make a Tokyo pizza and chaos descended for 20 minutes until they eventually agreed to prepare and delivery the actual pizza ordered. To be fair, the pizza when it arrived did actually taste decent. However, their initially claims of the pizza not coming with the main ingredient (chicken), the shouting from staff and the hassle required to get them to deliver the right pizza has sealed my opinion of them. Congratulations Fireaway, you have made it in to the very small collection of places I refuse to frequent ever again.

Really good pizza, and I mean REALLY good! Ordered online, delivered within 35 minutes, piping hot, plentiful toppings and really tasty. I altered my toppings slightly from the standard ones and everything that arrived was exactly what I had ordered. Their website is very professional and intuitive to use. I gave them a try instead of one of the big chains. Will definately order again. Sorry Dominos, but you're not my favourite anymore.

Ordered a pizza at 5:00 pm from uber eats, didn’t get any updates at around the time that they said it would arrive (6:10 pm), we called and they said it would take 10 minutes, about 30 mins later from calling they were quite rude over the phone, pizza came at 7:00 pm, it would be easier to tell us on the call that they forgot than to claim traffic. Not worth the money and wait.

Yesterday, I ordered cheese garlic bread from Fireaway for the first time (my daughter said it was very tasty), and lasagna for myself and my other daughter. The description said it was served with a portion of garlic bread. I was pleasantly surprised that each lasagna came with a regular-sized garlic bread. Good food, ordered on their website, estimated delivery time 2:17 PM, and behold, the food arrived at 2:17 PM, warm. I highly recommend it and I think I'll be back to try the pizza.
