   Food was nearly cold but not surprised as delivery took 90 minute and last time was 2 hours. Shop staff no help and delivery staff rude and also left my gate open allowing my dog to escape. Totally dissatisfactoy.

   Ordered a large chicken kebab. Half the box was filled up. Ordered before and had good food, but the size of that isnt even close to a medium in other places. Also found a dark hair. Im fair heared and live alone so cant be mine.

   Three kebabs ordered, delivered less than half an hour after ordering, all the meat was stone cold and very dry,pitta breads were cold and rock hard. spicy spuds had obviously been re heated, missing chips, been using these for around 10 years, usually I phone and compliment them on how good the food is, this time I phoned to complain and was called a liar, then he got very rude, I said to him, you come round to my house, I only live round the corner, and you try this food and tell me if you would be happy with it after spending £30, he obviously refused, didn't even try to offer a solution, just kept calling me a liar, so terrible customer service and will never use them again, all the food went in the bin, so a total waste of £30

   Will not be ordering again. Having been a satisfied loyal customer for the last 10 years, we ordered food which arrived stone cold. Portions were small and items were missing. Called to complain to the manager but was met with rudeness and accusation of being a liar. Would not recommend to anyone. Spend your money wisely elsewhere.

   Customer service appalling food this evening cold some items were missing when I called was faced with a rude person swearing down the phone at me, although they then brought fresh chips out hard to trust nothing was done to them with the way I was spoken to

   Food came really quickly but it is was cold and very greasy. It had clearly been sat there for quite sometime. When I phoned the delivery driver answered and said there was nothing they could do. Tried to claim the food was piping hot when it left but there's no way! I ordered the food and was told it would arrive within an hour but it arrived within 10 minutes. Like I said, delivery response brilliant, food quality was very very poor and their customer service was even worse!
