   Ordered food at 6pm of just eat. Didn’t get any update so I rang the shop at around 7 and a lady answered and told me that they gave the order to the driver and he was half an hour late which he wasn’t they lied because they at 8.10 I got a notification saying the driver picked the food up and was on the way. Got an update from just eat at around 8 saying the food was finally prepared, so the driver was obviously not late they were. At around 8.20 I got a message on just eat from the driver asking me to cancel the order as Chippy Hut had asked him to. I then replied asking him if he could just deliver the food as I had already paid for it to which he didn’t respond. I looked on the just eat tracking and he pulled up to my house type in as many codes as he could to find the delivery code and drove away. This is just one of the many times I’ve had a negative experience with the shop as other times i have ordered from here the food cold or had items missing or was just disgusting with a workers hair in it.

   Can’t seem to ever get an order correct every time I order something it’s missing at least 2 items 3 times in a row and have no interest in doing anything about it

   Family hut meal £20 on online menu. £20 price on wall beside till. Yet actual price was £28. A 40% increase. I begrudgingly paid it and regretted it straight away. Imposible to enjoy meal after that shock. Another customer beside me was shocked at the prices.

   Previously 5 star review, moving down to 2 stars. We ordered the crispy bucket n it was saturated in oil. Even the container spurted out oil when we put it on the table. The crispy layer was soggy and falling off. Only good thing about this was the gravy. We had 3 of the 9 pieces of chicken and one of the chips, and chucked the rest out The volume is good value for money but the quality is terrible and frankly disgusting. I'd avoid.

   Wow, after sampling the chips on Saturday decided to have an easy dinner for our last night of our Ireland holiday. It wasn’t a disappointment, we had a Monday special of Goujon supper and dip. A bargain at £5.50, also had a Cod Supper which was superb. I have to say the chips were better on Saturday but there really wasn’t anything to complain about. The batter on both fish and chicken was nice and crispy. One minor point which nearly cost a star but I decided the food saved it. The assistant wouldn’t take a Scottish £20 note. Had that problem in other parts of the UK but never here. I had to go to the cash point next door which is Ulster Bank, coincidentally owned by Royal Bank of Scotland to take out £20 as its cash only in the shop. Anyway, that aside, if I’m here again then I’ll definitely return.

   Saw the sign and called in when passing. Food was really good, service quick enough too. The girl behind the counter was incredibly friendly, came across as someone happy to be there, and happy to be of service. We’ll definitely be back

   Don't even want to give it one star. Ordered through just eat as they told me that's how you order for delivery, order never showed up. Rang chippy hut to be told there was nothing they could do I had to contact just eat. When asked could they ring the driver I was told they don't hold details for drivers. They said they knew which driver they handed my order too but said they wouldn't pull him up on his errors. Told me they rang just eat for me and I had to request a refund from them. I told them to take themselves off just eat as a company as their customer service skills were ridiculous and unhelpful. When I told him how I would now not recieve a refund for up to a week, the managers response was "oh is that too long for you". Avoid like the plague.

   Partner placed an order on a Tuesday evening, not the busiest of nights, with just eat, it never turned up. Tried to call and just got engaged tone so no dinner and out of pocket waiting for a refund from just eat. My advice go elsewhere

   Take away, service slowish but that's die to cooking to order and they're very busy. Grand fish n chips. Staff very friendly
