    Other reviews mention the food can be cold and the service can be slow... It says on the introduction.... Really? I would never have guessed! On a cold and wet Tuesday night at 8pm and there was not many customers inside but the drive-thru was busy. I ordered some meal from the WORLD MENU HEIST and a tea. Salt and pepper fries, no chance, unavailable. I'll have a strawberry milkshake, not a chance. Anyway, the meal was served. And guess what, yes you're right, the fries were cold! I could just not be bothered to get up and complain as the staff didn't seem to be bothered about working here. This outlet appears to be on the same level as McDonald's Trafford Retail Park in Manchester. Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

    This is the worst Macdonald's for ever getting what you actually ordered. Don't bother ordering Uber eats for delivery they miss off a meal and you get a 2 pound refund. Having worked in the food retail myself it really is not that hard to read the receipt that they stick to the bag to send the food out in and check it against what has actually been put in the bag!!!

    We’ve had some bad experiences with McDonalds recently, but this one put all those others to shame and served like the manual. Food was ordered easily from the screen, it was delivered to the table in good time and was hot/fresh. Service from Wendy (I hope I got this right) was excellent, she was attentive and helped where she could with our kids. Bringing bits or clearing the tables, absolute star. Out of all of the locations in the area, I’d recommend this one. My only gripe (which isn’t McDonalds fault) are the rude delivery drivers who barge through and push themselves around. Yes, we know you are on a clock, but be polite and say excuse me politely and we will move aside

    Went at about 12:30pm, no wait and it wasn't busy. Reasonably sized car park. Clean inside. Staff I spoke to were polite, and my food came quick (especially for a vegetarian option, which I find often take much longer). Fries were slightly undercooked, but the burger was nice. Just a bog standard McDonalds.

    Ordered drive through, got our drinks and mcflurry then was asked to wait for the rest in the car park. It took 20 minutes for the rest. The 2 burgers and large chips we got were stone cold, while the chicken selects were burning hot. This McDonald's is usually more reliable but our most recent visit had to be noted.

    Unfortunately this was one of my worst visits to a McDonald's. It was so messy and dirty. Bins were so full the trays and food were all over the place. Slow service. The area where the food comes to under the lamp was jam packed and backed up. Seems to be more interest in the delivery service and people waiting for those. Lots of dirty full tables. Chips were hot which were nice and order was correct. Just a shame about the atmosphere

    Twice I pre-ordered the meal on the app. Turned up both times just after 10pm to collect only to find the drive thru and store closed. Due to maintenance and a deep clean! Shocking service. Poor management. Shame on the franchise owner! Either he doesn’t care or he earns so much money he doesn’t care that he’s loosing business and customers!

    Popped into the drive through today on our travels. The food was standard McDonalds, hot, tasty enough. The drive through guy was pleasant however the service was painfully slow. Highly recommended the bacon burger stack thing. Was super yummy.

    Absolutely disgusted at this McDonald's. Went through the drive through, it was really busy but it was just after 6 so expected. Tried to place my order and it was like playing bingo, almost everything I tried to order, they didn't have.. no milkshakes, no mcflurrys, no big Mac's and only serving the BBQ flavoured wrap as none of the others were available. There was no signage to explain that these things were unavailable so almost everyone was having the same issues. It was a joke! Paid for my order, got to the collection window (this had taken about 20 minutes so far), had to wait a little while before they came and gave us the order, when they did, it was the completely wrong order and somehow mine hasn't been done so I had to wait in a bay. I'd say we were waiting around 10-15 minutes, you could see people waiting around in the restaurant too (not just the delivery people). My order finally came and I wish I could say that my disappointment ended there.. I got home and handed out food and drinks, everything seemed ok until my son had a sip of his tango. He thought that they had served Lilt by mistake so swapped with my daughter but on tasting it she realised it wasn't Lilt. I tried it and I can only think that either someone mixed two drinks or that the carbonation mix was way out because it was vile. I didn't have the botheration to get back in my car and go to complain about it. I don't know what is going on at this McDonald's but it needs sorting out.
