   Ordered for collection via the website. Prices much higher on website than in shop yet once you arrive at the collection time, they start to make the food. It rendered the service not only more expensive but completely pointless. I could have just ordered in the shop and saved money. Last two times the food quality has dropped noticeably also.

   Absolutely amazing chip shop. I go nearly every week (calmed down a bit since I’m on ozempic) but I have never once had a bad feed from this place. The children & hubby always love it. Food is on the pricey side but I the atmosphere and staff are always lovely and kind. Food is great, clean and tidy. Will always go back. Thank you

   Im actually in shock at how much they have reduced the sizing portion here. Ordered a fish supper for the first time in a few months and the fish was absolutely tiny, the box has been reduced by at least a third. Cafe fish is one of the most expensive fish places in Belfast, so you would think you get a good fish or portion… no. The fish is nice, not as phenomenal. For £13, this is a complete and utter joke. I got a fish supper from another chippy for £8 which was near enough twice this size. You are just robbing people at this rate. Will never be back. Used to be decent portions and ok price and now you’ve upped the price and reduced the portion. Need to seriously reconsider how much you are ripping people off at this rate

   Top class chippy, real good quality on every level. The onions in the burger were clearly fresh as they were super tasty! The takeaway food comes in boxes which keeps it warm. Customer service was excellent, very accommodating and friendly even during a busy period.
