   Ordered the 1/4 duck which I get all the time unfortunately tonight the duck was CREMATED I couldn’t fold the pancakes cause they just cracked,so obviously out of DATE and the cucumber was extremely SLIMY also out of DATE,extremely disappointed someone needs a word with new/regular CHEF. Loyal customers being let down

   Ordered from Sky City food arrived reasonably quickly we are 5mins away. One of the side orders were missing the girl on the phone tried to get this fixed, she called us back as the chef was refusing to send the missing chips and rice (the girl on the phone couldn't have been nicer). He claimed the item was in the bag, obviously that was not the case. Ended up requesting a refund through just eat for the missing item, absolutely horrible treatment of a customer. first and last order from them.

   We order from here weekly and tonight was the first we had a bad experience the chicken in the chicken balls was not cooked it was pink, when we called and explained the manager offered to redo our order or chicken friend rice and chicken balls and deliver it she was also very nice and apologetic. However when she called back after having explained to the owner and the staff what had happened we were then told the chicken for the chicken balls is pre cooked and they would redo the portion of chicken balls but not the rest of the order, by this time we had actually thrown the rice out and the sauce.
