I never complain never. But my partner and I went for Christmas dinner and our meal came out cold and not nice at all .It was like school dinners back in the 80s we barely ate any of it . The roast potatoes were like Aunt Bessieβs and were just awful .We ordered dessert and we waited at least 20mins never came the restaurant was quite empty only a few people at tables so they werenβt busy & very well staffed they should think about changing their chef . if thatβs the best they can do we will go without I go out at least once a week but I will never be back to the Beechlawn ,itβs such a beautiful place itβs a shame

Had a beautiful meal with my family. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and pleasant to us. The portion size were enormous and we all had an amazing dining experience. I will definitely be back. 5 Stars all day long. Thank you all the staff x

Went to Christmas Party event on 5th December. We pre-ordered food which had a good choice. Soup and main course was served piping hot, roast beef was extremely tender and vegetables cooked to perfection. The Christmas pudding was nice and moist. Very generous portion sizes. The best dinner I have had at any Christmas do. The staff all very friendly and attentive and the service was excellent. The entertainment (DJ and band) were very good and catered for everyone. Any part of the hotel I saw was very clean and well maintained. I can't comment on the bedrooms as we did not stay overnight. Will definitely be back at the Beechlawn.

Cannot speak highly enough of this lovely establishment. From the moment I entered wand was given a warm welcome from lovely Lisa, it was such a lovely stay. I attended a wedding there. The hotel is super clean. I even saw the spindles on the stair banisters being cleaned. The staff cannot do enough for you. My room was recently refurbished and cosy and clean and very quiet indeed. The bed was lovely and comfy and also the room was warm. There is a pub and restaurant in the hotel and both had such a lovely atmosphere. The included breakfast was fantastic. The wedding was lovely as was the food and you can get to and from the airport / Belfast in 15 mins. The area is very clean and safe. Thereβs a Tesco a stones throw away should you require anyrhing and also a lovely hairdresser which gave me a great wash and blow dry short notice. Enjoyed a daily run. Loved the whole stay and area - thanks to all!

Ordered Chicken Curry but when it arrived I was shocked as it was literally a curry powder with hot water and a strong taste of turmeric. It was grainy, watery and inedible. To add further insult we realised our bill was steeper than we thought so my friend went back and they had charged us an extra Β£6 for a red wine we didnt have. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I felt I had to comment. Chips were nice though, wish I'd gone for a safe burger

If I could give zero stars I would! Twice I've been at the restaurant in the last 2 months, first time we we're there for 3 hours in total an hour between each course! We returned last night to give it another try for mother's day and it was even worse! It took us 45mins to get our starter from the time that we had ordered then another hour to get our main courses out to the table! Some of the Waitresses need retrained in customer service and the kitchen staff clearly can't cope! Will definitely not be back again!

Location is good unfortunately traffic to get there & no parking spot's due to restaurant full. Restaurant food quality is just ok, quantity rather than quality. Don't get me started on dessert. To access rooms you get the pleasure of walking through a packed restaurant with all your luggage and then get to listen to the atmosphere in your room. The staff were good & keen to help. Except lady at breakfast. Bit peculiar to order breakfast, no menu and the coffee is pure dirt, tastes like granules from asda own brand. Sausages came from same place, pure rank. Whilst the window latch was broken rather than have someone in our room we stuffed it with toilet paper and the housekeeping team were brilliant, fresh towels and more toilet roll. The interior of the hotel was well done and the bed was so comfy, out like a light thus the reason for 3 stars.

Great menu just before Christmas. Booked table for a lunch. Peehaps had to wait a bit longer than I would expect but was comfortable and chatting to friends. Great size portions too. I was under time pressure so had to ask for mine to be packed up which was no problem. Friendly staff throughout restaurant

Went out for a birthday meal with 20+ family members. Extremely quick service with very kind staff serving us. The food was excellent, so tasty and good value. Child friendly as my nephew was given a high chair to sit with us. Highly recommended and will be back again, I love it every time I visit.

The food was absolutely delicious. Extremely tasty, substantial, very well presented. Can't wait to go back and try something different from the menu.
