   Ordered a delivery got a 6inch instead of a foot long looked like it been put together with a hammer phone number on the top of the receipt doesn't work so can't contact them absolute shambles

   Grandson got a foot long tuna meal deal put two scoops on instead of four when he asked for more tuna they charged him extra what a joke in red book

   Got charged individually instead of the meal price, even when asking for meals. I would advise checking prior to paying, rather than what I did by just tapping the card and not thinking. Im guessing this is a way of driving up profits, so beware

   Where do I start? Myself and my partner ordered on Uber Eats. I specifically specified for my sub to have NO Sauce and NO Red Onions? What does my sub come with? Sauce and Red Onions. Similarly, my partner requested for hers to be toasted. It came cremated. The cookies were hard / fell apart easily too. Won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon.

   Really disappointed! £6 for a half full box of salad. This is my box after I had to ask Dan to put a bit more lettuce on top. Bit pricey tbh for what you get . Not only have these salad boxes got more expensive, they are also giving you less in your box.

   Most of the staff are not very pleasant! A smile would be nice. There was a girl Stacey who was always very nice. Service with a smile and very welcoming. If more of the staff were as organised and professional as her it would make such a difference to your business. If I call first thing in the morning I expect the coffee machine to be ready to take away with my sub. If you open at 8am then be ready to serve at 8am!! The majority of staff are not ready for opening!

   All fine. Can be very busy at lunch time and after school. Always plenty of staff..never had an issue with service. Decent deals-especially if subway is your thing. Plenty of seats. Parking can be fun outside if it's a busy time!! Update: been a few more times. Service is good each time-very friendly staff. Bumped to 5 stars.
