Had we known about the unacceptably loud and rather awful Spanish flamenco music, the in your face dancer clopping about like an angry Billy goat on a bridge, the sticky tables with some kind of juice or fat under them, we would not have gone for sure. The music: we requested it turned down at least so we could even hear each others desperate attempts at scream communication, but alas, they could not do it due to the "dancer". The 'dancer': what possessed the owner to employ this kind of cheesy, disruptive ploy to bring customers?? I know there will be a customer base for this, however, I would appreciate forewarning of this. Especially because of the full blown dance lesson that occurred right after the 'dancer' had 'performed '.. we were dumbstruck to say the least... The food: Now, they redeemed a bit with the food, the pork belly was delicious, prawns were 'really nice' and the sauces were quite good, the rest was just about average for us. The service: The young waitress was lovely, the overpriced wine arrived promptly, after pouring a glass it was found that the glass seemed attached to the table. The wine was average quality and worth maybe 17 in a restaurant however the charge was 34! After inhaling the food so we could leave, the one other waitress knocked over a guys beer, sending it all over me and him. I was saturated. This unfortunate incident was dealt with by the waitress who knocked it over and she was great, it meant the overpriced vino was removed and consequently helped with the immediate situation and the result of this review Although not the cleaning thereafter. In conclusion, I might suggest you ask about the things going on when calling about booking, take some wet wipes, wear anything not special, expect expensive wine and just above average food with nice servers. A quote from my lady, " I have never been so disappointed by Lorenzos, I've been a fan for years ". I however, am not a fan and will not return.

A lovely, friendly, cosy, and great atmosphere place to dine or go for a drink. Food was amazing, drinks were divine.

Really good food and good service. The sangria is delicious, the food was sublime and the service was very good. The only downside was that they had ran out of paella- gutted I didn't get to try any HOWEVER the food we had was very good and very much worth it. Would go again!

Had a lovely meal in Lorenzos. Unfortunately we were not informed when handed the menu that some items were not available due to timings of theatre showings (that we were not attending), therefore had to pick an alternative dish, which was disappointing. The service was great and the team also decorated the dish for my mums birthday. I've been going here for years and always had a good quality meal.

Horrendous Experience and Customer Service. We have just returned from an absolutely awful experience at your restaurant. We ordered the prawns pictured below and were very dissatisfied when such a small portion of prawns absolutely covered in salt arrived at the table..for £7.25 this was £1.20 per prawn...absolutely ridiculous!! When we complained about this (twice) and asked if it could at least come with a slice of bread they refused to do anything about it and said that 6 prawns was them being generous and it would normally only be 5 prawns (£1.45 per prawn!). We came away both feeling very hungry despite paying £25..an average price for what would normally be 2 good sized main meals elsewhere...and nothing is worse than finishing a meal hungry but we did not want to waste any more money on very over priced, poor quality food. We were most upset by the way this was dealt with as despite voicing our complaints very politely nothing was done to make the experience any better. The meatballs were the only okay thing we had but still had only 3. I understand it's tapas but this was the worst meal I've had in years. We will definitely not be returning.

Food was delicious and great portion size. Lovely interior, service was top notch and price is reasonable. A little wait on the food consider there were only a few people in the restaurant but food was piping hot and so delicious.

What a lovely place slightly tucked away but well worth seeking out. Nice colourful decor and traditional music in the background. Great tapas. Great prices. We enjoyed everything we tried. Really nice pint of lager too and I don't drink lager!. Sangria was delicious. Good service . Will be visiting again . Thank you.
