   The worst Chinese I’ve ever had - we ordered chicken satay with mushrooms, fried rice and chips. The chicken was like jelly mush texture- I’ve never had anything as disgusting. Definitely won’t be back

   Since living nearby this Chinese takeaway I have become a regular. Perhaps too much of a regular! It's an excellent takeaway. I get the same thing every time - chicken curry with no mushrooms, half boiled rice and half chips. They do half portions too which is great as the normal portions are really generous. The staff are great and the prices are very competitive. I have never had a bad experience with this takeaway. Why not give it a try? I'll be moving away from the area soon but will more than likely keep returning for this takeaway. Highly recommend!

   I have been ordering from this Chinese for a while now. I live alone and would only get half portions. I phoned tonight to order a half beef curry with half chips and half soft noodles. This is my usual order and there has never been an issue until tonight. When trying to place the order I was very abruptly told that they don’t do soft noodles on half portions even when i said I get this regularly. I was told it’s either chips, rice or half and half. I told them to cancel the order I didn’t mind paying extra but this wasn’t even discussed. I subsequently ordered the same via a different Chinese. Extremely disappointed and will not be back and will not recommend this place.

   First time trying here. The Chicken fried rice was superb! Full of flavour and the unmistakable freshly wok fried flavour. The curry sauce was slightly spicier than we usually go for but we’re converted now. Onion rings were sprinkled with some herbs/spices which prevented them from going soggy and really added to the flavour. Think we’ve found our favourite. The couple who own this place were very friendly and polite.

   Great Chinese takeaway, great food. Family run, Don and Winnie are lovely, all staff are, We change it up now and again to try others but we have yet to find a better/nicer Chinese. We look forward to our takeaway each week.

   Lovely friendly family run business, excellent food and great value for money. Highly recommended by myself. After not being here for a few months, nothing to do with the food. Just a few reasons personal to me. Anyhow I was back in tonight . Food is still excellent with happy friendly staff. Plus the couple who own the business gave me a bottle of wine as a thank you. Small acts like this is why I like to support local.

   I've never been here before, but a mate has used it for ages. We called and I had a chicken curry. It was absolutely brilliant. Best carry out Chinese I've had in years. Staff were super friendly, chatting with customers, this place is a hidden gem.
