Cold doner meat and chips..(hard chips) definitely been sitting there not fresh at all.. went straight into bin!
Chips were 2-3 days old(and cold) 2 bottles of coke seal broken.we have used alis,for years.but I must say very disappointed

The overall behaviour of the staff is not good, except for one boy in BEAR his behaviour is very good. But the ladies on the staff are very rude, which is completely unacceptable.The food is just good but not great.
The best are alis kebab house. Very good food and above all they give a lot. I can't eat everything. I highly recommend
Just absolutely avoid disgusting food. Not a fussy eater but this went straight to the bin. Waste of money! AVOID!!!

Absolutely shocking service from Ali kebab. how is this business even still operating is beyond me. Horrible food. Cold and disgusting portions for the price. Staff are very unhelpful, rude and have absolutely no customer service.
Waited for over an hour and a half, food arrived cold and without the four dips we had ordered. Rang back and they were very unhelpful and blamed us and said they would bring the dips but didnt want to sort out the food issue, therefore asked for money back. They ageed they would bring it back asap so we could order elsewhere but 2 hours later still nothing and rang them and they tell me that i should come get it from them as they dont have time to sort it. Disgrace, terrible customer service!
Ordered through the app waited an hour then phoned to find out were order is. Got told they didn’t receive an order and terrible telephone manners got told she didn’t believe me.I told her I have the proof via the bank then she sent out the order and I had to show the driver proof of the order and the driver was told to take a photo of my proof most of the food was lovely apart from the long black hair in the kebab. used to get Ali’s all the time it used to be the best around not anymore disappointing
