It's one of the few chineses that have never changed their recipe over the years...they never needed to its tasty and always quality for money
Phones constantly engaged or just rings out. Delivery takes between 1hr 30mins or more. Food arrives cold not to mention small portions. Hire more counter staff if you cant cope with the demand ffs
Food is actually nice. But anytime you try and phone for a order phone engaged or must be off hook. They never answer phone. What the point in having a phone line if you don't answer????
So sorry about the review at the bottom. I've only seen It tonight, and I'm totally shocked... As It was not for Golden Bell... As I love their food, and the staff are amazing. The review was It was for the Chinese behind Woodburn barracks. China style.. I have not deleted it, as I want people to know it was a mistake. Hope the owners see this, and accept my apology.. As i love Golden Bell. But the night I got my granddaughter to write the review, she obviously put in the wrong Chinese, as she's knows I usually use Golden Bell. But that night I used china style, as I would now and again when passing.. I will change the rating for you, but will leave that bad review below. So people can see that it wasn't meant for Golden Bell. My son always used you's too for years, as he loved your Chinese. He's living in Australia now, and always looks forward to your Chinese when he's home on holiday. The Review below, was not for Golden Bell!!! Chinese has went down hill big time. Girl on desk very nice. But the curry, is not the same, tasted weird... I actually had two family members on the toilet, with terrible cramps, shortly after eating. That's the second time it's happened. Wasn't sure if it was the Chinese that caused it the first time. But now I'm sure it was the Chinese that caused it. Could be food, that has been off, or germs. But think they need to look into it. Definitely won't be back...
disappointed was looking forward to this and came absolutely frezzing
Was looking forward to trying this place because so many people had recommended it to me. Unfortunately it was horrible, nothing had any flavour it was all just covered in chilli flakes and so hot.. portions were tiny, containers weren't even filled and their noodles were like straw.. £20 with the food chucked in the bin..
Great chinese especially chicken curry but great variety at reasonable prices
Nice chow mein. Smaller portions than most Chinese. Always fresh band tasty.
