There are many food stalls, and all the food is tasty. I kept returning for more food and drinks. I always leave there with a big smile and a satisfied stomach, and I highly recommend it to all food lovers.

I spent a lively morning at Plymouth Market on Cornwall Street, and came away very impressed. With over 150 stalls under one roof, this is one of Plymouth’s best spots for fresh food, unique finds, and real local character. From the moment I walked in, I appreciated how bright and well-laid-out the space is. The modernist building, with its scalloped roof and natural light flooding through rooflights, creates a sense of openness. The aisles are spacious enough to browse without feeling cramped, though during busier times crowds do build around popular food stalls. The variety of stalls is excellent. I found plenty of fresh produce, fishmongers (like The Market Plaice), butchers, and fruit & veg of good quality. There are also stalls selling souvenirs, clothes, gifts, artisan crafts and things you don’t always see in big shopping centres—some real hidden gems. For food, the market delivers: international choices (Turkish, Thai, etc.), satisfying street-food style stalls, baked goods and sweets. Practical things are good too. The market is open six days a week (Monday-Saturday), from early morning until late afternoon (closed Sundays). There’s parking right at the market car park, though it fills up fast. If I were to fault anything, perhaps some stallholders have varying opening hours so you might find your favourite vendor closed unexpectedly. Also, at peak times it’s noisy and busy, which is part of the charm but could be overwhelming if you prefer quiet browsing. All told, Plymouth Market is a vibrant, authentic place to shop, eat, and soak up local flavour.

Haven't been to Plymouth indoor market in a long time, was very pleasantly surprised. It was clean, well laid out, plenty of produce & choice. Toilets were very good, clean. We had lunch at a new Syrian food place.... It was lovely & the family serving were wonderful. Highly recommend.

There are a variety of different stalls, from food to clothes to games to perfume and makeup. A lot of the merchandise is "knock off" of an expensive brand.

Always something here that you didn't quite expect. Nice for a wonderful and generally look around, suits the need to spend something on a treat or unusual item. Stores change around quite regularly as it is generally used for start up businesses. It has some long standing traders as well.

Few empty stalls now as a result of the economy. Seems to be more food place then anything else. Bit the owner of the stalls are hard working honest people, some of which are very interesting if you have the time to stop and have a conversation with.

Plymouth's undercover pannier market is well worth a wander around. There are a lot of independent retailers inside and around the market offering a wide range of unusual and interesting stuff you cant find on a high street. However, the highlight of this independent area are the food stalls there is so much variety and theyre all surprisingly good. Go check them out, you will not be disappointed

Nice to see the market so busy in mid November. Lots of hustle and bustle. It's becoming quite a foodie place, lots of nice aromas of Asian and Eastern food, fruit and veg stalls groaning under the weight of colourful produce. I like it!

There are some amazing food businesses in there but it struggles with everything else which is a great shame. There are a few quirky stalls left but online has killed this! Highly recommended for food and drink though! Especially the milkshake bar!
